For a simple bite of Italian (not just pasta and pizzas), this is a lovely little eatery. There are only about 7 tables or so and so it is intimate but the food is fresh, cooked well and the service is friendly. Reasonably priced too.

Le D2 – HarrogateHaving gone for 25 years, this is the best easy style fish restaurant in the north of England. Get in early for the downstairs ambience and atmosphere, you can? book at lunch, upstairs is cosy but not as much atmosphere. Overall superb. betty, front of house is an institution. everything is so fresh. just do it.
Drum and Monkey – HarrogateEven though I thought the cost was a bit pricey, you get what you pay for. It was the best Asian food I've had. The service was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Orchid to anyone who likes great food and great service.
Orchid Restaurant – HarrogateMy husband takes me here as often as possible and every time is more special than the last. You are made to feel like family the minute you walk through the door. I took my two teenage children and they also loved it although my made up ghost stories helped. If you want fantastic food, to be treated like the most important people in the restaurant and to know your money was well spent and worth every penny, go now.

Graveleys Of Harrogate – HarrogateWent for first time after hearing good reports. Famous for steaks but I opted for rustler chicken which was delicious and very filling. Portion sizes were very good and sweets looked delicious (if you have room for one!). Cost £18 for a starter , two big drinks and my main so average for a meal with drinks really. Lots of group/parties providing good atmosphere though not the best place for a romantic dinner for two. lots of kids before 7.
Cattlemens Association – HarrogateI think Graveleys is an awesome restaurant and the staff are fab my fave waitresses when I was there were Tasha and Emma and of course little David!! The food was great as always and I think that the new part of the restaurant and the decoration is a great change!! I have been coming here for ages and the standard of the food every times is always 100% wonderful! Of course the most important thing about a restaurant is the staff and I can surely say I felt very welcomed by them it was like home from home!!

Graveleys Of Harrogate – HarrogateThis Michelin starred restaurant is in a beautiful old building in the tiny village of Ramsgill in Nidderdale. It's an ideal place for a very special occasion - I went there at the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The food is just out of this world - one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The main course of Nidderdale lamb was unforgettable. The service was very good - I would have marked it excellent but for the fact that no-one asked us if we wanted more drinks with our meal when our glasses were clearly almost empty. If you want somewhere special - or you are out to seriously impress someone - then this is the place for you!
