The Worlds End – HarrogateWednesday lunch with friends who were visiting from the south. Really warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with great beer option. Wonderful varied lunch menu and all six options were delicious with very good sized portions. A rare thing - a landlady who was interested in her customers and took time to chat. Could not fault the place and we will be back. Thank you.

Cedar Court Hotel – HarrogateThis is one of our favourite pubs to visit locally… the pub is always warm and welcoming and the food is always delicious. There is always a varied menu. The homemade desserts are amazing. (Especially the bread and butter pudding!!!) Sunday dinner is one of our favourites… The belly pork is so tasty and is served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, mash and roast potatoes and a lovely assortment of seasonal veg. Portions are not for the faint hearted. On Mothers Day the landlady gave a lovely scented candle as a little gift. What a lovely gesture. Thank you.
The Royal Oak Staveley – HarrogateExcellent food & service, lovely mother's day treat
The Empress – HarrogateWe both had fish and chips, real chips, crispy batter and proper mushy peas and piping hot. My partner had the orange torte which she enjoyed, and I had the parkin, with loads of sauce and a scoop of vanilla. The "bonfire smell" of the parkin was intoxicating. This was real Yorkshire food cooked and served with love. Thank you.
Cedar Court Hotel – HarrogateNot been here a long time. The pub has a lovely atmosphere, sat by the fire with our dinner drinks and made our menu choices. A good selection of dishes to choose from and all reasonably priced. I had the peasant and hubby had the calves liver, our friends both had the steak pie . All were delicious and very good portion size. No space for dessert. We would certainly return . All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cedar Court Hotel – HarrogateFour of us visited for lunch on Sunday 25th Feb. I had wild game and the others had the home made Steak and Ale pie. All the food was fresh and well prepared, plenty of veg and gravy with offer of more if required but he had plenty. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient, we had the round table in the bay window at the front, the waitress put waitress put another log on the fire as we walked in to make the ambiance even better. Would definitely recommend this lovely village pub.
