Da Sandro – HuddersfieldGreat place! Moved up from London 7 years ago and really missed this when I moved up North. So pleased there is one in HUddersfield
Nando’s – HuddersfieldThis is a great place for a quick bite to eat or a special occasion. Food served quickly, presented well and with a smile! Look out for the cheeky scouse waitress who made our visit so memorable! Top marks to Nandos! We'll be back!
Nando’s – HuddersfieldTop quality & freshly cooked meal. No frozen veg here!!! Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere with no "edge". Have been on a number of occasions and never been disappointed. Large portions hence some people feel its pricey before visiting but usually return so can't be that bad. Thoroughly recommend the "Wappy".
Wappy Spring Inn, The – HuddersfieldFantastic food been going to this chain of restaurant for 20 years, the Denby Dale is very friendly. Look after you very well. I recommend it to anyone, we?e eaten everywhere in the country and I can honestly say Aagrah restaurants are the best in Yorkshire.
Aagrah Restaurant – HuddersfieldThe Woodman Inn is located in a scenic location approx 5 miles from Holmfirth. It is an attractive building which serves a decent pint of Ale. Service is efficient as opposed to friendly. We have been visiting this Inn for the past 5 years but have rarely seen the bar person - mainly young local lads and lassies, possibly students or trainees. During the week the Inn seems full of sales reps and commercial travellers who prefer the Inns ambiance over the faceless Comfort Inns and Trusthouse Fortes. The bar meals downstairs are relatively tasty and fairly priced - good standard Inn fare in a pleasant setting. For a more special or romantic occasion the 3 Acres is the local favourite - but at twice the price. I would happily recommend the Woodman Inn for a quiet drink or a simple wholesome bar meal.
Woodman Inn – HuddersfieldI love this restaurant. The staff are fantastic, they'll always make time to stop and talk to you. Whether it's your first time there or whether your a regular. They're entertaining and give you a free shot if your celebrating! The food is delicious, the range on the menu leaves you stuck for choice! The decor is classy and fresh. I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends.
Grappolo Restaurant – HuddersfieldMe and my partner go back to this particular restaurant again and again. The food is fantastic, the service is always second to none and i always have a great time when i'm there. For a curry, you can't go wrong. Plus you can get a special 25% discount card.
Aagrah Restaurant – HuddersfieldIf you prefer quantity over quality at reasonable prices then go to the Vulcan. The lunchtime meal deal includes a pint and food for around £3.20.
Vulcan, The – Huddersfieldone of the best we have tried. well done
Nawaab – HuddersfieldThe food was great, the only thing that let this place down was that it was so busy they didn't have enough staff to cope so had to wait for ages and the restaurant part of the pub being small so everyone seemed to be talking far too loud as tables to close to each other.
Great Western, The – Huddersfieldsuperb food and the naan breads are the best EVER
Palace Tandoori Restaurant and Takeaway – HuddersfieldOne of the very few truly Indian restaurants in Yorkshire and it really is home Indian cooking. An enjoyable experience every time.
Laxmi Restaurant – HuddersfieldA very pleasant dining experience. Nice to find an Indian restaurant of this quality out of town and, in our case, close to home. Being vegetarians we were surprised by the excellent choice of veg. dishes. Certainly a cut above many Indian restaurants in the area
Laxmi Restaurant – HuddersfieldDon? expect a palace ,or somewhere posh as this is not it !!!! But the food is really good, cheap and quite big portions bring your own booze , as its unlicensed ,waiters can get a but stressed as it gets really busy better of booking in advances buzzy atmosphere well worth a try .
Bombay Tandoori – HuddersfieldPricey but very good food so worth the money. Only downfall is a very busy place so be prepared to wait to be seated. Sometimes up to 2 hrs if you catch the busy period usually weekends between 7.30 8.30 ive found. But worth it.
Da Sandro – HuddersfieldWhat a find. This small cafe and deli is a real treat. from coffee and a proper slice of toast cut off a proper loaf with real butter and blackcurrant jam to die for, to hot sandwiches, garden fresh salads including roast beef, tuna olive and red onion, poached salmon and prawns through to home made lasagne, Italian meat balls beef in ale it is highly recommended. The deli counter is a joy to behold, and with nice chilled wines and everything so reasonably priced, you really can? go wrong here. On the main street in Lindley. Park right outside. Excellent.
Bubble and Squeak – Huddersfieldbest out of all the nawaab group
