The Aegean Taverna – HullWe had great early evening meal for 5 people,We were warmly welcomed at the door.It was nice to be given time to order the drinks and food,At no time did we feel rushed through our visit.The waiter was very attentive without being over the top,he was always around to be able to order more drinks etc.The food was excellent as expected as we've been previously.I would reccomend the restaurant for anyone who's looking for Authentic Greek food,And great service.

El Toro Hull – HullI had a booking for 2 people on the 1st April, received confirmation of this and the day before I received a reminder of booking. Arrived at a little early to find the chairs stacked on tables and decorating work going on. I was told they were not open, no apology or anything. Had to find somewhere else to have a meal. Absolutely disgusted that I was not informed and to top it off I received an email tonight hoping I enjoyed the meal and to leave a review totally shocking.
The Aegean Taverna – HullHad a brilliant night, the staff were wonderful and the food even better. Our daughter has coeliac disease and they were really good and knowledgeable about what was gluten free for her.

Roots Rum Shack and Kitchen – HullA fab night out at El Toro. All you can eat menu was really good. We especially loved the calamari in the rich sauce with loads of garlic. Absolutely delicious. We enjoyed everything we had. The prawns in garlic and chilli were delicious would have liked a bit more chilli. Both calamari dishes were very good. Chicken wings, ribs, belly pork all were delicious. If we’re ever in Hull again we wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Staff really nice as well
