Actually the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had! My favourite meal is Sunday roast and although some come close, this one is definitely the best I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely and friendly, it’s always a lovely clean restaurant. Couldn’t fault It

The Rising Moon – HydeWe ate dinner at the Rising Moon last night and the food was delicious. All home cooked and delicious. The portions were very substantial and reasonably priced. 4 of us ate a main meal and a dessert. We had lagers and soft drinks and the bill came to £114.00. Very happy.

The Rising Moon – HydeWe visit the Rising Moon regularly for meals, we have always had excellent service and very tasty meals. The price is reasonable as well. Our favourite meals are the Sunday roast dinners, the lamb Henry and the braised steak. It is like home cooked. Thank you Rising Moon.

The Rising Moon – HydeHad the Solar Eclipse, quite possibly the best full English I have had the pleasure of tasting, and I have had my fair share as my ever expanding waistline will attest! Quality ingredients, even the mushrooms were tasty and I normally am not a fan. Service was prompt and friendly, price is great value when you consider a full English delivery on popular delivery sites are around £10-£12 without a brew, which is included in the price of this.

The Rising Moon – HydeWe had a beautiful meal at the rising moon, we came with friends and children, staff were friendly and apologetic over the food wait (although we didn’t even notice as we were busy chatting and didn’t ask it was nice of them to keep us updated) The roast dinner was one of the best I’ve had…along with a delicious sticky toffee pud! The meals are really big and filling and the menu is brilliant it’s difficult to choose everything sounds so good Looking forward to our next meal!
The Rising Moon – HydeWent with my husband and elderly Dad for lunch. Food was absolutely delicious and they serve very large portions. We had three different dishes and they were all well cooked and seemed home made. The portions wouldn’t suffer from being made smaller, especially the pies. The staff are always friendly in there but the two staff on yesterday were very good and especially chatty with my Dad, which he really liked. Thank you for a lovely lunch.
The Rising Moon – HydeMy husband and I came for the first time to the rising moon to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and husbands birthday we was not disappointed the food was fabulous and plenty of it I had the garlic mushrooms which was very filling and the sweet chilli chicken stir fry and a side of chunky chips I couldn't finish it My husband had the soup and the hunters chicken it was lovely The staff were very helpful and lovely The rooms are great we will definitely be back definitely worth 5 stars
