Although it was extremely busy we were made welcome and our table was made ready as quick as they could. Food was excellent and service was spot on. A vibrant pub to visit.

The Rising Moon – HydeThe food was very good quality, enjoyed by all very much.
The Rising Moon – HydeI love going here. The food is always amazing. Made really welcome, as is the dog. So lucky to be able to live close enough to walk.
The Rising Moon – HydeVisited The Rising Moon on Saturday 25th of February during the evening session for a meal with family. I have to say that the food, drink and overall service was amazing. Every member of our party really enjoyed their food. I personally had the Liver and Bacon with mash potatoes and it was lovely, brought back memories of my mums version. I really enjoyed it. Thanks everyone we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Rising Moon – HydeHave used Rising Moon before for evening meals and always enjoyed it. However, breakfast was not good. Firstly, they forgot to send our ticket to the kitchen so waited and waired for food. When it turned up, it was lukewarm and was really overcooked and dry. Almost as if it had been sat under lights for a while. For £30 I didn't think it was worth the money and wouldn't go back for breakfast.
The Rising Moon – HydeNice, freindly ambience, service really good, not rushed. Good choice of meals and delicious
The Rising Moon – HydeWe ate here at Sunday lunchtime with our daughter and family 7 of us. We all had fabulous meals. I had the Steak and Ale pie and found it was stuffed with meat and served with an excellent vegetables, biggest serving of veg I've ever hand with a meal. Another highlight was the Halloumi. The nicest halloumi any of us had. We will definitely be back.
The Rising Moon – HydeHidden gem! Gorgeous food, lovely , cosy atmosphere , polite, helpful staff. Thank you
The Rising Moon – HydeLovely pub in beautiful location. The service was spot on ,as was the food. Will definitely be coming back again very soon.
The Rising Moon – HydeWent for Valentine’s Day and had the set menu. A lovely welcome with a rose on arrival and the food was amazing as usual. The live music was really good too. A lovely night. Thank you.
The Rising Moon – HydeBooked for a Valentine's meal. We were gifted a long stem red rose as we were seated. The staff at the Rising Moon are amazing !!! Friendly & super helpful. The food is awesome - every mouthful delicious !!! You really don't want the meal to end !!! There was a guy playing back ground music on the guitar - created a lovely atmosphere Perfect ❤️
The Rising Moon – HydeLovely pub and I can honestly say we haven’t had a bad meal there. I had the lamb Henry last night and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of veg and mash to soak up the lovely mint gravy. The only thing I could fault is that there is nowhere to go and sit to just have a drink unless it is summer and you can sit outside . Such a lovely pub it would be nice to just go for a few drinks if you don’t fancy a meal. Saying that most pubs seem to be going the same route which you can’t blame them for really…
The Rising Moon – HydeWe had a lovely meal at the Rising Moon with first-class service. Easy to book, and accommodating to our every need (we were a bit late, but this didn't matter). Thank you very much.
The Rising Moon – HydeBooked table for 4 on 10 Feb easily online and had confirmation and reminder email.Food and staff 10/10, good sizes portions ,we had specials menu which were lovely ,fish and chips and beef in pepper sauce for £9.50 per meal. Main gripe was that they hadn’t had a brewery delivery , so had no guiness or cider . Agree with previous review from Andy, wanted to leave a tip for the staff ,but couldn’t as payed by card and don’t carry cash .Will be back making sure the wife has her purse!
The Rising Moon – HydeGreat pub. Fantastic food. Brilliant hard working staff. Best cheese and onion pie I've ever had.
The Rising Moon – HydeStarters were nice no issues. Service was good, one particular waitress was lovely. The food in general was nice, all apart from one meal, the cheese pie was stone cold in the middle I think this was because the lie was so big and had big been heated up fur long enough I was offered a fresh one which was fine, second one came and that too was not hot in the middle it was slightly warmer than the first but still not hot but even very warm. I was then offered something else or too reward that plate, by this point everyone else had eaten their food pretty much. I just had it rewarmed as I wasn’t particularly bothered by this point! Now I do think they should of knocked that meal off the bill and I didn’t say anything at the time because the staff were really nice but going forward I think it would of been nice of them to do that.
The Rising Moon – HydeAs usual the meal was brilliant tasty and hot, the service was excellent no problems at all would highly recommend.
