The food and service was great as always
The Rising Moon – HydeReally disappointed with breakfast yesterday. I ordered the full moon breakfast which had just 1 piece of each item and the bacon was half fat. My girlfriend ordered a half moon breakfast and got about the same amount as me. Also ordered pancakes which didn’t come had to ask for them again and when they came the pancakes were freezing. Also we had our 4 month old baby with us yet there was a guy sat on his own with his dog who continued to bark loudly constantly for the whole time we was there and nothing was said from the staff.
The Rising Moon – HydeVisited The Rising Moon on Sunday for Sunday lunch the portions where more than adequate all homemade food at its best. Relaxing atmosphere
The Rising Moon – HydeFantastic food and great service
The Rising Moon – HydeBreakfast service this morning was excellent, the team are friendly, cheerful and polite. The full english was presented beautifully, it was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you x
The Rising Moon – HydeAlthough it was extremely busy we were made welcome and our table was made ready as quick as they could. Food was excellent and service was spot on. A vibrant pub to visit.
The Rising Moon – HydeThe food was very good quality, enjoyed by all very much.
The Rising Moon – HydeI love going here. The food is always amazing. Made really welcome, as is the dog. So lucky to be able to live close enough to walk.
The Rising Moon – HydeVisited The Rising Moon on Saturday 25th of February during the evening session for a meal with family. I have to say that the food, drink and overall service was amazing. Every member of our party really enjoyed their food. I personally had the Liver and Bacon with mash potatoes and it was lovely, brought back memories of my mums version. I really enjoyed it. Thanks everyone we will be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Rising Moon – HydeHave used Rising Moon before for evening meals and always enjoyed it. However, breakfast was not good. Firstly, they forgot to send our ticket to the kitchen so waited and waired for food. When it turned up, it was lukewarm and was really overcooked and dry. Almost as if it had been sat under lights for a while. For £30 I didn't think it was worth the money and wouldn't go back for breakfast.
The Rising Moon – HydeNice, freindly ambience, service really good, not rushed. Good choice of meals and delicious
The Rising Moon – HydeWe ate here at Sunday lunchtime with our daughter and family 7 of us. We all had fabulous meals. I had the Steak and Ale pie and found it was stuffed with meat and served with an excellent vegetables, biggest serving of veg I've ever hand with a meal. Another highlight was the Halloumi. The nicest halloumi any of us had. We will definitely be back.
The Rising Moon – HydeHidden gem! Gorgeous food, lovely , cosy atmosphere , polite, helpful staff. Thank you
The Rising Moon – HydeLovely pub in beautiful location. The service was spot on ,as was the food. Will definitely be coming back again very soon.
The Rising Moon – HydeWent for Valentine’s Day and had the set menu. A lovely welcome with a rose on arrival and the food was amazing as usual. The live music was really good too. A lovely night. Thank you.
The Rising Moon – HydeBooked for a Valentine's meal. We were gifted a long stem red rose as we were seated. The staff at the Rising Moon are amazing !!! Friendly & super helpful. The food is awesome - every mouthful delicious !!! You really don't want the meal to end !!! There was a guy playing back ground music on the guitar - created a lovely atmosphere Perfect ❤️
The Rising Moon – HydeLovely pub and I can honestly say we haven’t had a bad meal there. I had the lamb Henry last night and it was absolutely delicious with plenty of veg and mash to soak up the lovely mint gravy. The only thing I could fault is that there is nowhere to go and sit to just have a drink unless it is summer and you can sit outside . Such a lovely pub it would be nice to just go for a few drinks if you don’t fancy a meal. Saying that most pubs seem to be going the same route which you can’t blame them for really…
