Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleMolly our waitress was lovely and very helpful. The wild boar scotch egg was unreal. Highly recommend the mussels. The fish pie, and the mixed grill were sensational. We never have a bad meal here.

Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleWe had a fantastic experience. Food was excellent, service exceptional and felt that it was good value for the money taking into account the quality of food and selection on the menu. I could eat a different meal and be happy for several visits the selection is that good.

Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFour of us in our party and we all had different starters and mains which were all excellent. Service and atmosphere great too
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleGood food, good service but poor music. Always seems to be the same 80’s cheesy soft rock on repeat.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleExcellent, attentive service from all staff. Lovely layout of rooms and very accommodating team when we arrived with a dog. Delicious Sunday lunch
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleWe were staying near Ingleton & out of the many local eateries we decided to book a table at The Lunesdale arms. Good choice! Very pleasant friendly greeting , shown to our table, given menus & drinks order taken. Whilst not full, there was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. (we would be happy eating in empty restaurant if the food & service was good! We have each other for company) We ordered Mussels & Cheese Soufflé for starters followed by Fillet Steak Tagliata & a 12oz rib eye steak along with a nice bottle of red wine. All the food was excellent, the timings between were good, the service friendly & professional. A tasty chocolate dessert to finish & a nice chat with our waitress. No complaints whatsoever. We will definitely visit here again when in the area. All in all, a very enjoyable evening.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleI have just reviewed & pressed the submit button then realised the food score was not 5/5 which it most certainly is.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFab selection and choice for us gluten free folk. I had the Plaice which was cooked to perfection, it simply fell apart. Good size portion. My husband had the braised lamb which was also a great choice and plenty of it. Both piping hot. We both has the gluten free sticky toffee pudding which was heaven. A real treat. Lovely welcoming atmosphere and staff were brilliant.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleLovely food and great service
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleNot the best experience. Although dog friendly we were sat on a table off the bar were a party was taking place. There was a mix up with the food order, although rectified it meant we didn’t eat at the same time. Lamb was quite fatty, burger good, mixed grill meat was good although there was a lot of oil on the plate.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleVery friendly service, excellent food in a lovely atmosphere. With a good pint of Wainwrights to boot. Thanks
