I booked a table for my friend & I to meet up for tea as a last minute treat. There was good availability for 6pm dining. It was quick & easy to book online. Our food arrived promptly & we weren’t disappointed. We will definitely be back

A’Vucciria – RawtenstallHave eaten here a few times in the past and enjoyed it. Booked a Table for 3, prior for 7pm, it was the earliest time available. Shown to our seat. Would have all liked the beef dinner. On ordering, told no beef dinner or lasagna left, so had to rethink our choices. We ordered 3 courses. My Morrocan lamb was quite bland and not worth the money but the other meals we ordered were enjoyed.

We didn't have a starter and could only just fit in a pudding, but we were glad we did! We'd highly recommend this place for food and drinks.

The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallVisited on Saturday evening for my daughters birthday, Food was great service was good but the noise level was just horrendous, the waiter had to shout to us and we had to shout back to place our order ! We would not go back on a Saturday evening but if we did try again it would maybe a lunchtime….. ?
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallThis was our first visit and we were very impressed once we had found it! We chose four tapas dishes to share for lunch which were all very well presented and tasty . We then managed to squeeze in a lovely ricotta and nutella canoli with coffee . There was a lovely ambience inside the restaurant and the staff were excellent .

Was very quiet and We'd ask for a table in the restaurant where only one other table (large) was filled. Could do without the little toddlers running about the restaurant from the bar every two minutes though. Not the staff’s fault. I’m sure they were as annoyed as we were. Just feckless parents with no control over their children.
