Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent staff service staff very attentive Great car park. Great set up of tables allowing privacy
The Traders Arms – BlackburnFab selection and choice for us gluten free folk. I had the Plaice which was cooked to perfection, it simply fell apart. Good size portion. My husband had the braised lamb which was also a great choice and plenty of it. Both piping hot. We both has the gluten free sticky toffee pudding which was heaven. A real treat. Lovely welcoming atmosphere and staff were brilliant.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleMy wife and myself and two friends went for lunch, all four starters you couldn't fault really good. The four main meals excellent the two ladies had fish , my friend had chicken and I had gammon. We had the house white wine at fair price was very good. The restaurant itself has a good atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Its the second time we have been this month and we will definitely be going back.

Bread and Butter – PrestonStaying near Lancaster for a few days so tried out this restaurant. Busy, so clearly very popular with the locals (and their dogs). Staff were happy to seat us in a quiet area. It was a Sunday evening so a limited menu applied, but they specially cooked some vegetarian kebabs for us. Large portions, couldn't manage all the flatbread and chips but everything was delicious and well-cooked. Price pretty reasonable too.
The Station Hotel – LancasterLovely food and great service
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAll i can say about the food at the 3 millstones inn is WOW everything was absolutely delicious. We were out for a birthday celebration meal and we shared the seafood platter starter which set the tone for the rest of our meal. If you like seafood i would highly recommend however you may want your own. For our main meal we had the duet steak and mushroom pudding. Again absolutely delicious. Unfortunately we were too full to have a pudding.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeNot the best experience. Although dog friendly we were sat on a table off the bar were a party was taking place. There was a mix up with the food order, although rectified it meant we didn’t eat at the same time. Lamb was quite fatty, burger good, mixed grill meat was good although there was a lot of oil on the plate.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAmazing food, great service. Lovely surroundings, very relaxed and cosy .
Toms Table – ClitheroeAnother great experience at Cosmopolitan. The service was great and the food was delicious. We were a party of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal.
The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyWe booked via the website which is a straightforward process. We arrived to a very busy restaurant/pub but it was St Patrick’s Day. The staff were friendly and efficient and regularly checked on us. The food was ok, they did forget a sauce but not a massive issue. It’s not bad value for money, we will try it again.
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyWe celebrated our granddaughter 's 18th birthday . The food was good and enjoyed by all. They even had a selection of gluten free food. The staff were nice and had the time for us. Everyone ( 19in all) thoroughly enjoyed their time at Finsly Gate Wharf.
