We have always enjoyed the food here and the staff are very good (perhaps a little stretched at the moment). A little of the specialness and variety has gone out of the food/menu if I compare to pre-COVID meals, but we still happily make the trip out of Lancaster to eat here.

The Waterwitch – LancasterThis is my go to for lunch, I always get the deli bowl, always so tasty and fresh. I love how this is changed often for the variety. Cakes are always so delicious too. Even better they are dog friendly and have treats and water available for free :)

The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyWe had a meal on Thursday 7th March , I had the sirloin steak my wife had the sea bass, both meals was very nice , the only complaint was we both found the restaurant to be cold, the two people on the next table also said the same, all the radiators cold, I did ask the waitress if it was possible to put the heating on, she did say she would see, but to no avail . Saying that we will be returning there in the near future .
