The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyAlways a brilliant service and brilliant food. The Station is my favourite place to go and eat, or just have drinks.
The Station Hotel – LancasterFood is always delicious and a good choice from classic pub grub to more sophisticated dishes. Good service and price in a lovely environment
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAbsolutely beautiful meal, can’t fault it. Our go to place to dine, despite it being 45 mins away. Will be back very soon!
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleConstantly impressed with the quality, service and value of this outstanding restaurant and bar. Always a warm welcome, a well-balanced menu and great atmosphere.

Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonGreat experience. Favourite venue. Authentic. We love it. 100% Support indies. Rawtenstall you’ve a gem ! Gingerbread festive cocktails were super!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWent on New Years Eve, food was superb, service was quick, staff efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend and will return to try Sunday lunch.
Toms Table – ClitheroeMaxy Farm Pantry hosted an excellent New Years event. Food was fantastic, atmosphere was fun and lively, staff were attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend any Pantry events.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonMy partner and I visited on NYE, I have been once before for lunch about 3 years ago and I can honestly say we will 100% be returning. The steak was incredible - I had the risotto which was slightly too heavy (too much cheese?) and huge portion but that’s just my personal opinion. It tasted amazing I just couldn’t finish. The staff I couldn’t fault one bit, all completely well mannered and knew the answer to any question we asked and if my slight chance they didn’t, it wasn’t too much work for them to find out. We had a game of pool in the pool room too which is an amazing touch to the place! Thank you so much we had a great night and will definitely be back soon!!
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleBrilliant evening! The refurb has made a big difference to the atmosphere, the bar area is now welcoming and relaxing to sit in pre-dining. The staff are still very friendly and the service top notch as before. I think the food has improved and all four of us were very pleased with our selections. The A la Carte menu has plenty of choice and on top of that additional specials menu. Spoiled for choice. You will not leave here hungry! Altogether a great experience, have already booked for the New Year.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkAbsolutely beautiful Sunday roast dinner, the best we’ve eaten in a pub or restaurant. Brilliant service as well!
Nabs Head – PrestonHad a wonderful meal with our family visiting from Oxford 30/12/23, great service excellent food
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyWe dined at the Lunesdale Arms on Saturday night for my daughters bithday. The food and service were fantastic, the staff were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend the Lunesdale Arms.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleGood food good service what more do you need
Papa Luigis – ChorleyFood was delicious and paired with complimentary wines. I still find it the best place in Clitheroe for evening dining. First time going since they opened the new bar area. It provides the perfect space for pre dinner drinks and creates additional space whilst waiting to go to the toilet. However it has created a corridor as waiting staff and customers pass by the upper floor tables to reach the rest of the restaurant. I did find the initial service, taking of orders was a little slow but then the service between starter and main was a bit too quick for me.
Toms Table – ClitheroeBooked a meal on Friday 29th December. Managed to get a table 20 minutes early, given the option of two tables for four. We chose one,sat down, ordered first drinks, only to be asked to move because we were shown the WRONG table!! Not sure how that works Service was slow, and we ordered four different small tapas type dishes, the mains being two lamb kebabs. As the food came out, only one kebab dish appeared but we were told that the other one was on its way! Never appeared, and although it was deleted from the final bill,to be fair, not the beast experience! The food we did have WAS brilliant, but the size of the lb kebab was miniscule! Disappointed!!!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallReally enjoyed both the meal and the atmosphere.
