The Whitchaff Inn – Rawtenstallvisited this evening for a much needed kid free meal! myself and my husband had 3 courses each and a couple of drinks, the food was outstanding, we could not fault it! from starter to dessert we enjoyed every mouthful. after enjoying our meal we paid our bill and left, this is where it went from being a wonderful evening to leaving a sour taste... we got into our car for a lady to come running out to the car checking if we paid! she thought we had left without paying, surely a quick check at the till or asking another member of staff if we had paid would have been a better way to find out but instead she came flagging our car down for us to show her our card receipt proving we paid the £103 bill, did we look the sort that would leave without paying?
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAnother fabulous visit to Brizola ... staff and food excellent
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeExcellent service and the quality of food is outstanding!
Bread and Butter – PrestonLovely little place, would definitely be back.
Bread and Butter – PrestonFood excellent as always - good value for money, especially the 2/3 course option. Shout out to Matt's steamed pud!
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeCame with a party of seven all agreed that the staff were very welcoming and the food was presented well and in good time and tased delicious
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallPurchased 2 deli boards recently the picked onions must have been stood in water for days, tasteless! Otherwise OK.
The Waterwitch – LancasterBottomless Brunch. Table not ready on arrival, bought drinks whilst waiting that didn't arrive until we were seated which confused the clock starting on theBottomless. Service on the drinks was slow throughout, waitress had an attitude when we pushed for refills then sent someone else. On a plus note, food was nice. Advice? Don't advertise a Bottomless when you can't deliver one. Shame, we expected better.
The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyFantastic find!
Sun and Salt by Time For Mezze – ChorleyWe had a lovely meal. All the food was fresh and tasty. The pub is in a lovely scenic position and we had a great view. Our dog was very welcomed and he enjoyed a sausage. We will be visiting again soon
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenEverything was absolutely amazing apart from the slow service and drinks that didn’t arrive. I just think that because they are so well liked they maybe weren’t prepared to be so busy. We do absolutely love it there and will be going again.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – Todmorden2nd visit as we live too far to be regulars but when we visit the area next, we'll be booking again. Everything was really good - the food, friendly and efficient service, the Sauvingnon. Until next time.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleTook my wife out for her birthday, I'd been previously with my son ,we thought the food and service were spot on, my wife complained to waitress about her food being cold , the waitress said she would pass this on to the kitchen, we heard nothing back ,paid £125 overall, my wife says that she wouldn't go back to your restaurant again .
Toms Table – ClitheroePay your staff on time
Anatolia Grill – St HelensFood and service just as good as ever. The most consistently good food in the area and a great choice to suit everyone. Will definitely be back

A’Vucciria – RawtenstallI called in to book a table for my parents, it was my mums birthday. I prepaid for the Wednesday night dinner special and explained it was a special occasion. My parents said the food, the ambience and the service was first class. The staff went the extra mile to do something special and help them celebrate the occasion. Can't put a price on the brilliant experience they were given. Great place, food and service.
