Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonFood was excellent, we had roasts & fish & chips between us plus starters. Service was very solid despite them being very busy. Only blight was a table with screaming kids running around & ignorant parents which I don't hold against the Shepherd's Rest staff, just unfortunate. Overall though, another great experience and we'll be back - thanks!
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenHad a lovely Sunday lunch. Great food and great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely return.
The Ribchester Arms – PrestonAmazing food as always! We've been going to Papa Luigis for 15 years and its always fantastic. I'm addicted to the stuffed mushrooms and the garlic bread with cheese is to die for. The pizzas are great and I sometimes go for the Penne Diavola (although I ask for tagliatelle pasta instead) or the Risotto Montanaro which are both amazing. The staff are very accommodating and the atmosphere is perfect. In summary, you'd struggle to find a better Italian.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyFirst time visiting the Lonsdale Arms. Fantastic food and service and would highly recommend visiting .
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleAs usual, food excellent, staff lovely, really welcoming. Love the Lunesdale, looking forward to our next visit
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFirst time visiting the Lunesdale Arms. Fantastic food and service and would highly recommend visiting.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFirst time visitors. My husband had the gourmet burger and I had the chicken roast. Service was brilliant. Food simply amazing. We will definitely be back.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnBrilliant food. Best Sunday dinner around. I think even better than at home. 5 star
Bread and Butter – PrestonYes we did enjoy our meal, very tasty and good pleasant service.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallLovely setting and tasty food Only issue was I messaged them twice prior to thr booking with a query but didn’t get a response
The Waterwitch – LancasterA lovely Sunday lunch for 6 of us with quick and efficient service and delicious Sunday roasts of beef and turkey plus 3 dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed it once again.
The Ribchester Arms – Preston5 star!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe were staying for one night locally and decided to go to the Lunesdale Arms for dinner. I had the Seafood Linguine and my wife had the Chicken and Chorizo Tagliatelle, both of which were excellent. Staff were nice and value for money good. My wife commented on the nice ambience and good restaurant layout. Couldn't fault it, would certainly go back.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleExcellent menu with plenty of choice and some interesting selections. Easy to use booking system on website. No complaints, will certainly be returning!! Thank you
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallReally enjoyable meal for my 50th birthday. Everything was great the only thing wasn't wasn't perfect was the pasta with vodka sauce it was a little bland.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyOur favourite place to visit, always service with a smile. The staff can't ever do enough for you and the young man serving us was wise beyond his years and clearly a seasoned vet working in the restaurant. We will be back.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenHad a really lovely evening at The Lunesdale. The food was of a high quality and also good value. I have been to many pubs serving frozen, badly cooked food at similar prices. The staff were all amazing and were particularly generous and kind to the children in our group which was so lovely (and rare) The atmosphere was of a proper pub with a personality run by people who clearly care about what they are doing. We will be back!
