Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyLovely atmosphere and decor. Friendly, attentive pleasant staff. Lovely food as usual. Super nice view of the lake and the ducks.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyMy wife and I went to Verdes to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was the first time at the restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was excellent, the service good and the staff friendly and helpful. A good evening and we will certainly go again.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyThe ambience is very good. The menu has a good variance and is good value. Staff know their job well and are very knowledgeable. Well worth a visit as there aren’t very many restaurants as good as this in the area. Treat yourself.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleI have only praise for this place. The staff are great ad made a good night into a great night. The food was fabulous. We will be returning here many times I think.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeWent for Thursday breakfast, excellent and friendly service and the food was amazing!
Bread and Butter – PrestonFirst visit, won't be the last! Superb food, great service.
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenThis was the first time we visited and will be the last. I found the staff to be apathetic, and the preparation of my daughter's starter was done by a man on his mobile who didn't wash his hands or have any apron , gloves or hat on. We also found the proportions of our food very minimal and somewhat cold. The price was quite extortionate for what we had. No help was given regarding what was on the menu.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFirst time eating here and was pleasantly surprised. Wide range of options on the menu and specials board. Myself and my daughter went for the sharing platters and it was delicious. The staff are super friendly, the pub was spotless, and the whole experience was spot on. I can't comment on the atmosphere too much as it was a quiet wet Wednesday afternoon but the ambience was pleasant. A great eating experience if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed
Griffins Head Bar and Grill – AccringtonWe’ve been visiting Papa Luigis in Euxton for well over 15 years and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious with great potion sizes and the service is excellent.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyDelicious food, great service, love returning to The Station when I’m in the area.
The Station Hotel – LancasterExcellent as always. I’m always particularly impressed with the range of gluten free meals on the main menu
The Station Hotel – LancasterFood great they couldn’t do enough for us, we brought our Australian family who loved it
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenAte at the Station on saturday evening 7th October myself , my wife, my daughter and her wife . We all ordered different meals, The katsu chicken curry, the hanging tandoori chicken, the steak and guinness pie and my wife had a starter of chicken goujons with chips and onion rings, The server told us that the pie would be a 25 minutes wait so we had a good chinwag and absorbed the pleasant atmosphere and chatted to the locals on the next table. I enjoyed my curry and the rest of my party said they had all really enjoyed their food. The staff were very friendly and helpful as one of my party has various allergies. We’ll be back again before very long Thanks
The Station Hotel – LancasterGorgeous, gorgeous food. Lovely staff and bright atmosphere, will definitely be coming back!

Rock Inn – DarwenRecently went to Maxy Farm Pantry for Sunday lunch to celebrate Mum’s 90 th birthday. There were 11 of us. We were all very well fed and enjoyed our meals. Some of us requested children’s portions (although we were all adults) and these too proved to be generous. Desserts were delicious and there was not one complaint among us. We were treated politely by the staff and owe them all a debt of gratitude for a lovely time. I would recommend Maxy Farm Pantry to anyone. Thank you to all concerned.
