The Station Hotel – LancasterEaten here quite a few times now and the food is always really good. There's a food variety on the menu. The pizzas are the nicest in the area! Highly recommended. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the prices are good too. Great atmosphere.
The Station Hotel – LancasterWe thoroughly enjoyed our meal last night, we chose from the 'early bird' menu and everything was spot on, all the food was delicious. We will certainly be back before too long.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeAs usual a lovely meal, great wine and lovely atmosphere. The waitresses are very attentive and have great knowledge about the food they are serving. Rachel the chef is very flexible on the menu and will accommodate you where she can.
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeExcellent food as usual. Always a good atmosphere. Staff pleasant and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
Papa Luigis – ChorleySteak night is great value, excellent food and service.
The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyWe had the 2 course lunch menu . The Decor was really nice and we sat on a table overlooking the pond . The waiter was very friendly and attentive . I had soup and my wife had breaded mushrooms . Both starters were really nice . For our main meals we both had the roast beef dinner which was also good but the beef was slightly tough. All in all for £14.95 for 2 courses it’s well worth it although I’m not sure everything was freshly cooked from scratch . Mushrooms were maybe cooked from Frozen and the beef wasn’t the best . Veg was nice but meat was on the tough side as I said . We would defo return on the future but not sure we would get the beef again .
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyWonderful food and service. Imaginative, first class menu. Souffle was outstanding. Staff superb, with that kind of friendliness you want to return to again and again.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleI recently visited The Trawden Arms with 5 friends. We all throughly enjoyed our meals. The service was excellent and we even had a free desert each which was delicious. This is a lovely village pub and definitely well worth a visit.
Trawden Arms – ColneYet again a fabulous lunch at Bread and Butter, Penwortham. Never disappoints and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
Bread and Butter – PrestonAlways a warm welcome at the Millstones, it's one of my Grandma's favourite places to eat so brought her for her 93rd birthday. The service is so friendly and welcoming and the food delicious. I dropped off a cake beforehand and the ladies brought it out and sang happy birthday to my grandma, she was over the moon. We had the extremely well priced 2 course set menu, chicken for main and cheesecake for dessert, the food was delicious. Thank you for making my Grandma feel special.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeHad the large breakfast. Excellent food and good, friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
Finsley Gate Wharf – BurnleyAnother great evening, food and service was fantastic. Love the bar area aswell to relax before you go to your table.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkPlace was lovely - we had a table reserved but decided on a different one. Service was good. Very attentive waitress. Food was delicious but one drink and a meal for £11.50 seems a little bit overpriced. Maybe bottomless drinks would be a better incentive. The portions were ok - I wasn’t stuffed just nice. Would recommend and would visit again.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAlways delicious. Thank you
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeFirst visit , superb food and service. Will most definitely be a regular customer.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkHad a lovely meal on a Monday night out. It was quite busy and had a great atmosphere. The food was delicious from quite a comprehensive menu. And the prices were very reasonable. The pub has recently been refurbished to a more modern style from the traditional pub it used to be. The staff are great. We will return
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe've been the the Sultan many times in the past and had some great meals. We decided on something different this time from specials and whilst the flavour was there, there was little heat but the meat was nicely tender. The chicken dish's onion wasn't fully cooked down so a little raw for me but that's probably personal preference. Stick to the basics and make sure it's the right heat and I'm sure you won't go wrong but we probably won't be back for a while. The staff were attentive on a busy Saturday but the dishes did take a while to get through (an hour for main), wasn't much of an atmosphere but didn't matter too much to us, it was nice and busy... don't forget to bring your own bottle, we forgot!
