Toms Table – ClitheroeBooked a table for two online, arrived a bit early but it was not a problem. Asked to change table but told all the others were reserved despite no reserved signs being visible. The place was empty. Food was ok but was not good value. I had ‘roast ham’ with fried egg, 8 chunky chips and two tablespoons of baked beans. The ham looked like it had just come out of a packet from a supermarket. The egg was lovely and the chips tasted fine. My partner had a ploughman’s looked unappetising and definitely any presentation. The waitress arrived to ask if everything was ok before I had chance to pick up my utensils and asked her to come back in 10 minutes but she didn’t bother as she was too busy nattering to a colleague. Once we had paid we said goodbye but got no response as they were still busy nattering. The place is nothing special and the food is definitely overpriced based on what we had. By the way, the place was still empty when we left.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnLovely evening with excellent food and service. We will definitely return.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyCould not fault the food but we felt rushed to leave as soon as we finished our meals we were told our table was booked out again, don’t feel in rush to return to be honest
