The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenWe had an absolutely lovely time, the food and drinks were delicious. All the staff were so polite, friendly and very efficient. We will definitely be visiting again.
Planks Kitchen – PrestonThis is a perfect pub for a family meal, drinks with friends or even just a quiet coffee during the day. The food is consistently good and excellent value for money. The staff are always friendly and will accommodate most reasonable requests if they can. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This is a definite gem of a pub.
The Station Hotel – LancasterFantastic food, excellent service, good choice of drinks, very good value
Trawden Arms – ColneGreat food and service. Thanks!

Toms Table – ClitheroeWent for Sunday Lunch 21/01/2024, arrived 12.30 with only one other table being occupied by a family eating their starters. Despite not being busy at the time, service was slow, took over half an hour to get our starters! The food was really nice, had beef for the main coarse which was very nice but the portions were small, only 2 small roast potatoes, one carrot, one bit of broccoli, blob of potato mash and a small yorkshire pudding. Had to ask for extra gravy and would definitely order extra side dishes next time due to the small portions. Overall the meal was good, disappointing slow service took 2 hours for 3 courses and portions needed to be bigger.
Toms Table – ClitheroeAn absolutely impeccable bistro located in a quaint little courtyard in clitheroe. The location was excellent, the food was absolutely divine and the service was what you would expect from a restaurant that’s clearly serious about the experience. We had the three courses for £35 Sunday lunch and we left the establishment full and impressed. Already booked in to return again.
Toms Table – ClitheroeAbsolutely fantastic meal. Lovely food and great service. Will definitely be returning.
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeWe enjoyed our meal at Quattros on Saturday 20 Jan 2024. Service and food were excellent, as usual.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkBeen here numerous times and always loved however last night was not a good experience. Once seated we waited 20 mins for someone to come and take our order. The waitress was lovely no complaints there. Ordered the Lamb sharing platter between two of us £40. They did bring out a piece of bread while we were waiting for our meal which was like eating a crisp, 10 mins later we got the dips that should have come with it. Meal came and every piece of lamb barring one tiny chop was completely over cooked and dry. There was no dips, a bit of salad and some rice. I was so disappointed. I would avoid Saturday evenings in future. Sad as I've enjoyed it there before numerous times.
Anatolia Grill – St HelensOnce again we had a fantastic time at our favourite tapas restaurant. We had a lovely table on the mezzanine served by 2 lovely waitresses who are a credit to the restaurant. The food as expected was wonderful, the flavours are just so fresh every mouthful is a joy. The atmosphere tops it all off as its bustling without being shouty. All in all this is our favourite restaurant by a mile... just frustrating it's not in Ramsbottom so that we could walk there... lol.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallAverage meal, we had a prawn dish that was okay and chicken sultan delight was sweet but no spice as stated in the menu. Service was odd. I think we have 4 different staff, which could sound like they are attentive but actually asking for things twice, drinks, then the same with food order. Then table wasn’t cleared properly, another member of staff came… only 2 of us sat at the table.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterWe have been visiting here for over 10 years and we can honestly say it’s our favourite restaurant. The service is exceptional the food is exceptional it’s a top top restaurant. The lady who organises everything is superb. She’s always watching out for everyone and tries to make your experience lovely every time. I cannot compliment this restaurant enough we are lucky it’s local for us. Thanks to all the staff over the years.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFirst time visit, very enjoyable, food great, friendly staff, atmosphere largely due to several parties happening, only downside was I didn't have a glass for my drink which was testament to how popular & busy they were !
Anatolia Grill – St HelensWe were 1st sat at a table squashed in betwean 2 large parties. It was also next to a radiator. It was really hot. We asked to be moved. We felt squashed in. If anyone on the table next to us had needed to get out, it meant 1 of us would have to move. The next table was a lot better. We enjoyed our meals and the staff were friendly. Just could have done with more staff. We weren't asked if everything was OK and we hardly got any drinks because the staff weren't around to ask... it was very busy though and I'm sure the staff did their best. Despite the lack of drinks we had a good evening.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe always have lovely food at the Traders. I was slightly disappointed not having the home cooked chips this weekend apart from that everything was really good .
The Traders Arms – BlackburnHad a lovely meal staff very friendly this is second time we have been and definitely will go back.
