Site Pizzeria – TodmordenDelicious food and great service, would highly recommend and come again!
Bread and Butter – PrestonIt was pleasant. We had 2 gluten free Sunday roasts, a lamb kofta and a some salt and pepper chips, all of them were lovely and tasty and the staff were knowledgeable about gluten free food. The staff member who served us was very pleasant and got some water and treats for our dog.
Trawden Arms – ColneBest roast we’ve had in England! Great post hike meal on our way home. Bit of a smell from the cows, but obviously not the restaurant’s fault. All our meals, as well as the service, were fantastic. Thanks for the lovely evening!
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleHad a lovely Sunday Roast at the Rock. Proper plateful! Beef , Yorkshire Pudding & lots of vegetables. Very tasty & filling. My other half had the Chocolate Fudge Cake with Icecream as his dessert, it was delicious! Staff very friendly & helpful. Well done the Rock.
Rock Inn – DarwenWe’ve dined at Toms Table in the past and have always enjoyed food, atmosphere, service etc We’ve also said “it’s a shame they don’t do Sunday lunch”….now they do and we took the opportunity to dine there this weekend. Three courses for £32 or 2 for £28. Really good value and top quality food…..my favourite course was dessert…..semifreddo with honeycomb and strawberry sorbet. Won’t be long before we return!
Toms Table – ClitheroeSix of us had a lovely Sunday roast. I cocked up with my booking ( wrong shepherds rest) but thank you to the lady in charge who managed to sort us a table. Loved the male voice choir. The staff were all lovely thank you all. Robert
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenWe had a Sunday roast here yesterday. The food was delicious, every member of staff were so friendly & attentive. We have a toddler so after lunch we enjoyed some drinks outside while he enjoyed the playground. It’s a great set up. Will defo be back again.

Toms Table – ClitheroeHighly recommended.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleGreat food and friendly staff. The only minor negative on our recent visit was that the draught beer wasn’t very cold. Not out first visit and certainly won’t the the last!
Anatolia Grill – St HelensHighly recommend the Shepherds Rest Inn. We were a party of 22 and were accommodated perfectly in our own room. We preordered our food and all 22 meals came out at the same time piping hot and delicious. The staff were extremely attentive and looked after us all brilliantly. Amazing!
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenIt’s a 40 minute drive for us but we had a couple of hours around Clitheroe first. And had a great meal here yesterday. Started with a nibbles sharing board as couldn’t choose from the great starters - so went for several of them. Main courses were lovely and staff couldn’t do enough for you. Next time we will squeeze a dessert in…. When we are back in Dec with friends - already booked
Toms Table – ClitheroeGreat place to eat. Nice bar area away from diners and great food when you get to your table. Very helpful staff too.
