3 Millstones Inn – Clitheroe4 of us had a reservation for the bottomless brunch on Saturday and it was brilliant. Great quick service, the options of food and drink were brilliant and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back, one of the best local places for pizza!
No 61 Pizza – ChorleyWonderful food. Chocolate Cremaux dessert was heavenly!
Toms Table – ClitheroeVisited on Jun 15th, had the ribs/chicken combo, and the salmon tagliatelle. Both were incredible. My girlfriend had the ribs, she said they were just about perfect. The salmon was amazing, served in a garlic and onion sauce, with garlic sourdough and duck eggs topping it off. Breathed on a couple of vampires on the way home and destroyed them. Reasonable prices, great service, brilliant food. A lovely pub.
The Station Hotel – LancasterThis is probably our favourite restaurant. Everything from the decor, the artwork , great service from friendly staff and the good quality well priced food makes The Lunesdale a frequent choice for us. Always an excellent and varied menu with a good selection of well priced wines and beers.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleFood was excellent service first class
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFood was delicious however dissappinted with portion size for the price. It was also very off putting to see the waiter that was slicing the cured meats, eating it as he was plating ours up. No gloves and then putting his hand right over his mouth to try to secretly eat the meat. Then went on to continue to add to our platter, very unhygienic and unprofessional.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallFor group of 6 adults and 3 children we appreciate your service and good food. Location is excellent and I can imagine the later evenings will be even more pleasant , who knows we may return......
The Waterwitch – LancasterThis is one of our favourite places to eat. Great food , lots of choice , very reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere and the staff are always very friendly
Anatolia Grill – St HelensHad a very tasty lunch at the Whitchaff. Service was good despite the extreme temperatures. Highly recommend the peppered steak with walnut and pear salad. All meal were of a high standard.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallThe Lunesdale Arms is one of our favourite places to eat. Wonderful food & ambience. Staff very attentive & knowledgeable. Love everything about it. Always take any friends when staying with us.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleLovely lunchtime visit, friendly staff, great menu choice, good quality food, Well worth a visit
The Station Hotel – LancasterAbsolutely beautiful food
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallThe meal was very tasty and the service was very good.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterWe go to Quattro's often. Actually, it is the only place that we eat out in Ormskirk because it's just so good. Yesterday, the place was heaving and in most restaurants that would impact upon the quality of service/waiting time etc. etc. but this wasn't the case. We were particularly impressed by the ways in which the waiting staff communicate with each other, very calmly, to ensure that every table is looked after as well as it would if there were vert few customers. We will continue to visit!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGood food, I had good company too and we had great service from E.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallVisited twice in the past few weeks both times on a Saturday 2:30pm and had the meat platter for. £30, great value and plenty for 2 people. Staff were attentive and pleasant. The first time was a little noisy as a large hen party was upstairs but the second time it was quieter, this didn’t put us off returning . We sat in a booth both times. Not sure how good value for money the main menu is the the platter with 2 very small glasses of wine is a great deal, weds-sat 12-3pm.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallA fine meal had with my daughter next to the canal in Lancaster. Club sandwiches were excellent along with the very reasonably priced bottle of wine, the remains of which we took outside after food. Very good level of service; excellent value for money. A real find. Just a shame that I live so far away!
