Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterDelicious food. Excellent service. A perfect evening out. I would highly recommend Saturday Night Street Food!
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonI couldn’t recommend Quattro’s enough to people. The staff here are lovely, welcoming and can’t do enough for you. It’s a nice relaxing environment, with a great variety of Italian dishes on the menu. It’s value for money is excellent, considering the quality of food, atmosphere & service. 10/10
Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely pub, fantastic atmosphere with excellent food. We had Duck spring rolls, crispy chicken strips, Gammon, egg, pineapple, homemade chips and Fish and chips and the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever tasted. I will definitely be returning.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAlways lovely food. Service was t as good as usual we didn’t get offered drinks or asked if everything was ok with the meal.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyHad an afternoon tea on Wednesday. I was very impressed. Food amazing, staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend this place
Bread and Butter – PrestonCalled in on Wednesday15/03/23 for lunch with our oldest friend and we were all blown away with the quality of the food. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. This place has a lot going for it and we will definitely be back soon!

3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeFirst time visitors. We ate at The Station on a Wednesday evening. There were quite afew people in the pub when we arrived at 6.30pm so a nice atmosphere. A member of staff showed us to our table and took our drinks order. The menu is extensive. We all ordered different things and we didn't have to wait long for the food. 5 clean plates went back to the kitchen. All the staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Food and drink were good value. We will definitely be back.
The Station Hotel – LancasterMy first visit to Whitchaff Inn with friends on 14/3/23. It was delightful, lovely relaxed atmosphere, great service, friendly staff, excellent food with a great choice on the menu. Will definitely be returning soon.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallDefinitely a bit of a curate's egg on our visit. We happened across the place on a walk and promptly booked. The car park and building are superb along with the views. We were greeted and sat on a middle table. Being two window tables with excellent views available, we asked if we could be seated in one of them and were told people had already booked them. We accepted this however, another booth became free before we had even received our drinks but this was given to a couple who had just arrived. This happened again and throughout our visit, one window booth remained unoccupied which was more than a little irritating. As we were looking at the menu, I spotted a chalkboard and stood to have a closer look. The waiter then physically stood in front of me and told me there was nothing for me to see as it was all breakfast options. I found this quite intimidating and very odd, supposing I wanted to see what I could have had if I return for breakfast? This was quite a poor first impression and really put me off. Now, after this initial 5 minutes of what I consider poor service, things improved massively. The waiter cooled off a little and was efficient and pleasant but the waitress was excellent, polite, efficient and engaging. The food took a little while to arrive but this is understandable as the restaurant was quite busy (apart from a few window booths!!!) but was very well presented on beautiful plates. The Thai curry was mild but bursting with flavour and my husband thought it was the best burger he had ever had. Good sized portions, well presented and superb flavour and this more than made up for a frosty start to proceedings. Cake and coffee (with a choice of milks) to finish ended an excellent taste experience. I would definitely return to try more of the superb food. I would award 4 out of 5 stars for an overall impression and 5/5 for the food.
Whins Green KitchenFood is delicious and great value for money. The staff are really friendly. Lovely country pub.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnGreat food and service as always!
Quattro’s – OrmskirkGreat food and a great relaxed atmosphere. Service was as good as ever!
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallIt's always good quality and service. Nice to see they are busy midweek. To be honest, I think it's good value for money. Off and one we have been coming for many years. Maybe, a change of menu or more specials?
Quattro’s – OrmskirkBeen coming to Verdes ever since the lake was nothing but a puddle. Never been disappointed with the food, the service or the value. Long may it continue to be high on the list of the many Italian restaurants that we visit in Lancashire. (We'll let you know if it isn't).
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyBooked in for an evening meal and although it looked really nice on the outside, the inside seemed quite dated and the table was rocking back and forth whenever you leaned on it even slightly. It was also really quiet in there, to the point you didnt want to have a conversation because others in there could clearly hear everything you were saying. As another review has said, it really does feel like a canteen. Food however was really nice and one of the best naan breads we've had, cannot criticize the food at all and if you want a good Indian meal then I'd surely recommend this. However for atmosphere and quality of the establishment furnishings perhaps takeout is your best option until they improve.
