Papa Luigis – ChorleyWarm welcom, good atmosphere and great food.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallExcellent food as always - huge portions, especially the starters! Staff are lovely, though a little slow to notice that we hadn't had the opportunity to order. This is a regular venue for me and my friends and we are never disappointed with the food :-)
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyMy wife an I decided to book a meal that afternoon. The online booking system was easy to use and gave us an allotted time straight away. We arrived 15 minutes early but were surprised when we were shown to our table straight away.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkA gem of a place. Wonderful service and food was delicious. Definitely visit again when next in the area. A big thank to the staff who assisted with the return of a item we had left behind.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonWent for lunch on a snowy January day - our first visit. Friendly staff, good service & really excellent food. Only complaint, we were cold - & other diners sitting nearby were too. The downstairs restaurant was far too chilly a space to enjoy eating in, & this slightly spoilt the meal for us. Will return for the good food - but not until the weather is warmer!!
Toms Table – ClitheroeFirst time in since the refurb. Love the new interior. Good menu, lovely staff.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe were a party of six and as usual the service, food and atmosphere were top notch. the food was piping hot a bonus for us as “she who will be obeyed “ complains if the food isn’t hot. If you are looking to go to a restaurant for a special night look no further than Quattro’s.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe loved our visit here. The refurb makes the place look fabulous and so different. The food was piping hot and really tasty. We’re we’re especially impressed by the Gluten free menu as we have a coeliac in our family. They were so good, so careful and very accommodating and had masses of options. We will definitely return.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallThe best for quality food around , we had half a dozen oysters that were fantastic, then our usual chicken livers served pink in an onion and chilli dressing , then a to die for fillet au poivre , it’s got to be about a 9 to 10 oz of the best fillet cooked to your liking I got a medium rare and it was purfect, lovely sauce vegetables fresh and el denti , I also got skinny fries , a nice bottle of red , and tiramisu, great service all night , would highly recommend, we had a long wait time for a taxi so the staff give us a lift home !! How good was that !!
