Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonVery disappointed Very expensive and the waitress tried to charge me an extra £5 . She brought the card machine and added an extra £5 so in future guys please be careful. The apple pie was a disgrace half of it was hot and the other half was cold. Whins Green KitchenIt has a very good 'feel' to it, has The Station. Called in 3 or 4 times over the last few months, and always found it friendly and welcoming, yet traditional too. Beers are excellent (had Wainwright and Black Sheep on whenever we've been) and the food is very good. Partner and I shared a veggie pizza, the veggie chilli on nachos, and some sweet potato fries, and our friend had the cheese pie and chips - all of us were happy. Will definitely be back.
