Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeHad lunch with my mum here for the first time. Food was spot on as was the service and very reasonably priced. We'll definitely go again
The Traders Arms – BlackburnAmazing food and great service as always
Bread and Butter – PrestonThe food was absolutely fantastic, each course was delicious and we sampled a lot of the menu. Great service as well. My only ask would be to spread out the courses to give you timer to enjoy and not be so full early on. By the time we had finished in just an hour we didn’t have the room for any further drinks and would have liked to have doesn’t more time in the restaurant having some relaxing drinks. That apart , the food service and atmosphere is top notch and i would recommend anyone to give it a try
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallVisited and ate again as part of our small work lunch gathering. As always, top notch food, service, ambience, and the staff topped it all. Well recommended. Thanks guys and hope to see you all again soon.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnWonderful evening at bread and butter food amazing and waiter excellent very attentive couldn't ask for a better evening definitely be back the tapas menu lots of choice.
Bread and Butter – PrestonWe had a very peaceful overnight stay on the car park in our camper after eating at the Shepherds Rest. Great winter warmer specials menu for a very decent price. Lovely friendly atmosphere and staff, will be visiting again thank you. Stunning views all around.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenMy friends and I visited Papa Luigis on Thurs 30th Jan 2025. We had a lovely meal .We were greeted as soon as we were arrived we shown to the bar area ,,given menus to look over. They were very busy but 10 minutes after we arrived we were shown to our table. Our order was taken and our garlic bread arrived in no time, very delicious. The mains which we ordered were very tasty and delicious too. We also had a pudding to share as we were all extremely full.We enjoyed a lovely bottle of wine too . It was my friends birthday, I'd brought a cake ,the waitresses brought it to her all singing 'Happy Birthday '. Overall it was a lovely meal, the service was very good and everyone was polite and helpful.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyWe came on Thursday 30th the food was lovely really good value, the only slight problem was the service it was a little disjointed I realise when having Tapas the dishes will come out as and when they are ready, however 2 of our party had the steaks which we amazing just a shame we had eaten nearly all the tapas before the steaks were delivered,we had to keep asking for drinks top ups etc. The staff did a really good job but just seemed that everything fell to one member of staff. This will not stop us coming again just a little constructive critism
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenFood very good, service excellent considering the pressure on the limited staff, who worked tirelessly and at a pace to take orders, serve drinks and food as well as the bar and till. Well done ladies. The steak pie was really flavoursome and chunky chips, perfect. We will visit again soon.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnVery poor experience, we had the butcher platter to share, the only thing from the butcher was small kofta wrap, mac&cheese and potato balls have nothing to do with butcher. Also was supposed to come with greek salad but it was lettuce dressing and cucumber slices far away from any greek salad. Thd pate wasn't smooth enough. All this for 29.99 is rip of and disgraceful. I'm giving 2 stars for the food because the kofta was tasty.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAs always service and food excellent
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenThe food was lovely as always, staff super friendly and welcoming and good atmosphere/vibe
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe’ve been going to Quattros for over 20 years. Always the same amazing quality of food and drinks. Lovely atmosphere of a fully lovely restaurant even on a Tuesday in January. Fabulous as always.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkExcellent food and service.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyCame for my daughters birthday with family. Despite it being a Monday night there were a few people about and the atmosphere seemed chilled and homely. The food was delicious, everyone loved it. The service was great and the older Italian gentleman was fantastic, when he found out it was my daughters birthday they brought out some cake with a candle in and got everyone singing "Happy Birthday", even the table next to us joined in. I thought that was a really nice touch. Could not fault anything, will definitely be returning.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkAmazing! We came to celebrate my birthday with family and had an amazing meal, staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Food was excellent!
