Papa Luigis – ChorleyHave recently found this gem and have been three times in the past month. Have tried something different every time and have never been disappointed by the food. Friends I have taken with me, like myself have also been very pleased at both the quality of the food, the location and lovely atmosphere in the pub/restaurant.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallGreat food, service was excellent and friendly….nice building and design ……was a bit too loud and hard to have a chat …..overall great place and would try again
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallI often eat at Bees with friends. It always feels welcoming and the food is good, lovingly prepared and served with smiles. A good range of food from small snacks to full meals. Service is fast and it is good value for money.
Bees Kitchen and Deli – ChorleyI have been here on a few occasions for meals and for bottomless brunch and everytime has been a brilliant experience. The food is always lovely, staff are friendly and welcoming and the bottomless brunch is excellent value for money!
The Cosmopolitan Restaurant and Cocktail Bar – ChorleyVisted with my family on Bank Holiday Monday. Amazing food especially the homemade seafood ravioli which was one of the best I've ever eaten. Great service and good value for money. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Lancaster.
Wagon and Horses – LancasterGreat experience and excellent food. The area and surroundings of this place is outstanding.
The Shepherds Rest Inn – TodmordenThe food was really good. I had one of the specials, sea bass. It was one of the best fish dishes I have had in this country. My fellow diners also enjoyed their meals. Good portions as well. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Even though food was cooked fresh didn’t have to wait long. Will definitely be back.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallBrilliant food, definitely recommend and we'll be back. Nice atmosphere and the employees were very attentive and polite.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWhat a great restaurant with one of the most extensive and varied menus that I have ever seen. Everything from a sandwich to a full 3 course meal. There are many unusual and exciting dishes .the service was fine although the place was busy. All the good we had was well cooked and well presented . We had a most unusual dessert The Fairground. Very well presented and imaginative. It will now be our regular place to eat out.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallFood not quite as good as on previous occasions but still ok. Staff were pleasant and attentive as usual. Will definitely visit again.

Bread and Butter – PrestonAbsolutely love love Bread and Butter.... I'd go ever night if I could. Just one complaint....Not really a complaint..But it gets so hot inside... Not enough ventilation... Just my opinion...
Bread and Butter – PrestonOverall we had an excellent meal in beautiful surroundings and wouldn’t hesitate visiting again or recommending to friends . The starter and main course was amazing but the only reason we didn’t score a 5/5 was we thought the desserts were average. The sticky toffee pudding was very dry. We ordered a starter off the tapas then two steaks . We hadn’t finished the starter , when the steaks arrived . The waitress said that it was all classed as tapas and it came when each dish was ready . ?? We didn’t class a £34 steak as a tapas dish . This would be something to bear in mind when we eat there next time . Overall we spent approx £190 for the two of us with drinks , not a cheap meal but thoroughly enjoyed our experience at CDJ,s.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenGreat family meal with our fury friend. Atmosphere was very welcoming, staff are a credit to you, and food is great value.
Trawden Arms – ColneOur local…not been since the change of ownership but happy to say the standards haven’t slipped. The girls were extremely personably smiley and friendly. The place serves superb food at an affordable cost. Only minor criticism is the pictures on the walls in the dining room, not sure about the taste but superb meal out. Best in the area in my opinion.
