Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeGreat food, everything. Service and saff always makes this place a little gem.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallLovely local pizzeria serving ultra fresh pizza, pasta and salad with lots of vegan options. Friendly young staff. Great atmosphere and not over priced. Keep it up guys!! :)
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenWent last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The restaurant is amazing, you wouldn’t think you were in Lower Darwen but a high end restaurant in Manchester. We shared six tapas and felt we’d had more than enough when we’d finished. Food was excellent. Service was also excellent, especially Holly. Went into the bar area after for drinks. Great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenReally enjoyed the wagon, good was quality and amazing value for money. Staff we real friendly and gave super service. It was nice to see the wagon how it used to be, a warm pub selling qood quality food. Will definitely be going more often .
Wagon and Horses – LancasterFrom walking through the door and being greeted by the lovely staff we knew CDJ’s was going to be special and it was. The food was amazing. We will definitely be back for drinks in the lovely garden and next time we’ll try the tapas menu. It’s lovely to have something like this in our doorstep
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenI regularly visit here with friends and family, and can honestly say that we have NEVER had anything but a perfectly delicious experience. The food is truly amazing, especially the black linguine with monkfish and prawns, my absolute favourite. The staff are pleasant and attentive, but do not over-step, they always give us time to sit and chat as well ensure that our food and drinks are ok! The price is very acceptable and we will return soon, again and again! Thank you Quattros for a lovely evening last night :)
Quattro’s – OrmskirkAbsolutely amazing food excellent service staff so friendly
Papa Luigis – ChorleyDelicious quality food as always. Perfectly cooked and lots of variety.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallLovely food and excellent service from the waiting on staff. It is wonderful to have a venue which serves good food without the extortionate prices. I have eaten there three times during the last couple of months. I have also told many of my friends about the 3 Millstones. Only problem was when having dinner one evening we had to eat beside a person who had a dog which did not smell very nice. This is my reason for giving 4 for atmosphere .
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeI had dinner last night at Papa’s for the first time in 5 years. This was entirely due to personal circumstances and nothing to do with Papa’s. I have to say the food was outstanding, as was the service. The extensive menu was also very impressive - something for everyone. Great to see Misi is still there steering the ship. I will be returning to Papa’s in the very near future. A great evening!
Papa Luigis – ChorleyBeen coming to CDJs since the original opened in Darwen and the food never dissapoints. Service was spot on last night and food outstanding as usual.
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenExcellent food and service as usual. Always my go-to when deciding where to eat out. Attentive and friendly service and everything we ordered was delicious.
Brizola Bar & Grill – ClitheroeThoroughly enjoyed our evening at Tom’s Table on 21 Aug to celebrate our wedding anniversary. There was a lovely atmosphere, busy but not too loud. The service was extremely good and everything about the menu was explained to us. The food was excellent from start to finish - adequate portion sizes, full of lovely flavours & well presented. Value for money - very good. My only negative comment would be that the table size was a little on the small side to accommodate everything.
Toms Table – ClitheroeWent here for my wife's birthday lunch and it was excellent. The food is all freshly prepared and was all delicious. Lunchtime sharing boards are great value for money. Would highly recommend.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallAmazing food, amazing service. We visited at lunchtime and had the 2 course lunch menu; the chicken was delicious and the vegetarian option was a taste sensation! Would highly recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be visiting again soon.
