Bread and Butter – PrestonWe have been coming to the LUNESDALE ARMS for 5 years now. Our meal was delicious, we can’t fault it. Looking forward to our next visit.
Lunesdale Arms – Kirkby LonsdaleHad lunch here after a break of a few weeks. Very Good in every way as always. Very tasty food from a well selected menu; very good choice of wines and beers; pleasant attentive service in a welcoming relaxed setting. Prices reasonable too. If you want the best British traditional food without drizzles, soils, jus et tout le reste, this is the place to come.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeExcellent all round
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallHave eaten at Bread & Butter several times and never been disappointed. The food is delicious and plentiful and the staff are pleasant, efficient and attentive. I have no reservations in recommending this establishment.
Bread and Butter – PrestonThe food is absolutely delicious, and plenty of choice on the menu
CDJ Riverside Bar and Kitchen – DarwenHad a delicious Christmas lunch and at a great price. Great service and very friendly.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnThe building is stunning, inside and out, but I have to say that we were rather disappointed with the food. The mushroom and spinach Madras tasted of very little except chilli, and the few vegetables in the vegetable biryani were a bit odd for an Indian dish (chickpeas, beansprouts, bamboo shoots) and were clearly out of a tin.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterWe visited for a birthday Sunday lunch, the food was excellent and enjoyed by all! We will be back :)
The Hapton Inn – BurnleyAlways a warm and friendly welcome. The staff are so lovely and the food is always excellent
The Traders Arms – BlackburnUsed to be a regular in the old Whitchaff and was really surprised to see how much it's changed- in a good way!! Will definitely be booking up again soon.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallIn the area for a short break. Lovely meal, efficient & friendly service
The Ribchester Arms – PrestonVery warm welcome. Lovely food as always. Great atmosphere and value for money . On this occasion we seemed to be neglected after we had dessert . Waited almost half an hour after asking a waitress for coffee menu so we could order coffee . Menu came quickly but she didn’t come back, had to grab a waitress on way past to finally get coffee. Think as it was busy with some large parties we just got forgotten. We had a lovely time and feel this was a one off . Will be back as live this restaurant .
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe had a lovely meal at the Whitchaff Inn on Monday 9th December with family members. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. Thank you
