The Ginger Bistro – PrestonWe visited here on Sunday for lunch and we wasn't disappointed. Considering it was such a hot day, and it was very busy, the staff were working really hard to make sure everyone was happy. The food we had was all cooked lovely and was delicious. We will certainly pay you another visit when we are next holidaying in Morecambe - thank you x

Papa Luigis – ChorleyI've always loved coming here. Food and service always been top notch. So I booked for my 50th Birthday and invited 9 of my closest family to dine with me, making 10 altogether, we all chose our food in advance and paid deposits. The table was booked for 5pm on 14 August. We were in a period of extremely hot weather and its always hot in there anyway, no forethought about providing fans for the seating areas. There were other people dining in small groups. The waitress told us that they were serving everyone else first then getting around to use. We waited from 6.30-7pm til everyone had been served but they still missed food off the menu. Starters and mains were served at the same time, without asking us first. I went to speak to the manager about the issues we were having. He tried to avoid me and I waited nearly 10mins for him to speak to me. I explained what had gone on. He accepted no responsibility, he said "those words haven't come from me" I did explain that if his staff had informed us of his decision so its as good as, he is the manager after all!!! Still no acceptance that he could be held responsible for any if the mis-haps, I returned to my table before my food went cold despite the stifling heat. We had asked for the door to be unlocked that was next to the 1 window that was open and we were refused. All in all, I'm so disappointed. You only turn 50 once and this was my 1st big celebration in 20years. Over £300 spent and not so much as a thank you or an apology. Yes the food is nice, if it arrives and you haven't waited over an hour and a half.
Smokin Vs Real Barbecue – PrestonHaven't been to Verdes in quite a while and was very impressed with the changes that have been made. Lovely restaurant, staff were friendly and very on the ball. Delicious, fresh food. Won't leave it as long to go back. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyVisited numerous times never fails
Quattro’s – OrmskirkDelicious food and friendly, polite staff. We’ll definitely be back. Would highly recommend.
Anatolia Grill – St HelensWe had been wanting to experience Whins Green kitchen for a while. We were not disappointed, and really enjoyed the food, situation and the excellent service. We were looked after from first arriving to our departure. The food was superb, and a special treat. Our vegan meal was not just an add on to the menu, but the main event. Looking forward to our next visit.
Whins Green KitchenMy wife and I went to Sydney’s for a surprise birthday meal - the staff wished me a happy birthday, which was a nice touch, and we got a lovely cosy corner booth as a little extra treat. Ambiance was lovely – low mood lighting and classy décor. The food was wonderful, and beautifully presented; we were both happily stuffed and extremely satisfied with everything. Special mention to our waitress, Jayne – service with a friendly smile and conversation – “Thank you” for making or visit so lovely.
Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterBrilliant! Had an excellent meal here at the weekend - food was really tasty and cooked perfectly. Couldn't fault the service either and atmosphere was very friendly. Would definitely visit again. Thank you!
Toms Table – ClitheroeThat's the second time we book to eat. Tasty food and nice cocktails A few tips that I would like to give as I travel a lot and I see good service and bad service. When you eat wings you expect to have a bowl to put your bones in ,not mix em with everything in your plate. Food comes usually for everyone in the same time so we can enjoy eating together that's the point of going out. Here I had to say to someone that my order is missing. UK with Jack Daniels and coke is the same taste ...no improvement..everyone is using that cheap flat Pepsi or coke ...hope that someone in this entire country will change this and give European service and good taste. Use glas bottles of coke and put it in the price ...I prefer to pay a bit more than drink that . Use the air con in this heat ,we prefer to pay a higher price for your electric than eat hot food in hot atmosphere. Thank you for reading.
Wings & Beer Co – PrestonBrilliant. We booked a table for 7, the service and the food was excellent. Only 2 of us had been before and the other 5 are definitely returning. The food is excellent, and very little wait time, but never felt rushed. 7 three course meals, (1 vegetarian had plenty of choice). Plenty of drinks including 2 bottles of wine, just over £200 tell me that's not good value. I can't recommend it highly enough.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonAnother absolutely gorgeous meal here at our favourite place. As always the service was so good. The staff really are so smiley and friendly and do their job so well. Great team! The food was delicious and fresh and we had a bottle of our favourite wine. Very relaxed atmosphere and lovely interior design. After our meal we sat outside in the sunshine to finish our wine. Highly recommend can’t wait to return.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWOnderful pizzas. They can be very average but not at Site. Tasty, perfectly formed . Lovely atmosphere and service. Great drinks.highly recommended.
Site Pizzeria – TodmordenWe've been staying in Trawden for the week and we've eaten at the Trawden Arms 3 times. It doesn't disappointing, the food is lovely, the staff and customers warm and welcoming and there's plenty on during the week to entertain. So glad that the pub came into community ownership as we love it. My grandparents lived in the village, we come to stay in their house often and the pub is always a highlight of our stay.
