Sydney’s of Lancaster – LancasterGreat food and really good service was down all the way from Glasgow for the football , help us get a taxi back to Hotel
Astoria – BurnleyMe and a friend went yesterday and ordered the Filet, when it came it was two very small slivers on my plate and just one tiny piece on my friends. For £32 for a main I would have expected at least a 6oz filet. The service is just OK, seems the waiting on staff are half interested. We ordered what we thought was a Pomerol wine at £60 which turned out to be not a true Pomerol and was a poor year 2014. On reflection it’s very expensive for a small meal. They need to focus on filling people up, the taste and presentation is good. I hope things improve as the location is nice.
Toms Table – ClitheroeReally nice place, lovely helpful staff, would be happy to recommend. Decor/surrounding is great!

Whins Green KitchenWe visited Tom’s Table to celebrate our engagement and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The food was amazing and the service matched it. We recently returned to celebrate our anniversary and again, the staff went above and beyond. The food was incredible still and I would say it’s the best place for food at the moment in Clitheroe. A must visit!

Quattro’s – OrmskirkGreat little gem just round the corner ,Third visit for us , food was superb as ever . The staff were attentive but not overly so The ambiance of this place is great catering for couples groups families in fact everyone. A little pricier than some establishments in city centre but well worth it . Great food and great value for money
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonAnother great meal served by lovely friendly staff. Thank you.
The Station Hotel – LancasterFantastic location and great service. The food was hit and miss. The buffalo wings were still slightly frozen in the middle and was disappointed with the Quorn slice in the club sandwich, there are so many better alternatives available now. The pavlova on the other hand was to die for. We will definitely make a return visit.
