Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterSecond visit in the last 6 months. Great location for a catch up with a friend. Location isn’t everything, service and food were excellent. We will be back again, I’m sure.
Bread and Butter – PrestonExcellent food, excellent service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A hidden gem. Now one of my top places to dine in Clitheroe. I will definitely be back. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Clitheroe.
Toms Table – ClitheroeMe and my wife visited for the first time to celebrate our wedding anniversary early, food was excellent! Nice cosy atmosphere and servers all were amazing! Will definitely book again in the future!
The Waterwitch – LancasterHad a great meal . Was our 2nd visit, we had a party of 6 people , and everyone enjoyed there meals. Unfortunately there was a table next to us who were swearing and quite loud, but i realise this isn’t the restaurants fault. We will visit again , as like our first visit the food was great. I had peppercorn steak and i cannot fault it at all .
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWent to Anatolia for first time on Saturday. Met by very welcoming waitresses and seated in a really comfy booth. We ordered the platter which was amazing! We were also served a lovely salad starter which we hadn't ordered. The ingredients were so fresh; it really was delicious and very good value. Will definitely be going back there soon. If you haven't been, you must try it out. You won't regret it.
Anatolia Grill – St HelensDinner with friends - Had a lovely evening at Toms. Great food and drink served by pleasant and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.
Toms Table – ClitheroeI enjoyed my first time at Astoria yesterday evening. I found it very easy to book a table using the online booking tool. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and shown to my table where my friend had already arrived - I ordered a drink and was promptly served. A great menu with varied choices of tapas to order from. Selecting dishes was hard as there was so much choice but everything was delicious. I was really impressed how quickly the food arrived at the table. Great atmosphere, great food great service will definitely be going again.
Astoria – BurnleySimply fantastic, went with best friend we both enjoyed everything we had the lobster bisque was stunning thank you for a memorable meal, we will be back and will deffo recommend
Toms Table – ClitheroeGroup of 15 for a party and what a night. Everyone loved it. Service, food and atmosphere all amazing.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonCame for a meal for my partner's birthday. From arrival until we left, the staff were excellent, attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing. The lamb shank in particular was the best I have had in years. The Bistro was light and full of atmosphere. It was our first visit here but it definitely won't be our last!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonHad heard much in favour of Tom and his new bistro. Four of us had lunch yesterday in very pleasant surroundings. Quite a makeover of the building. Everybody was very welcoming and our food was excellent. Could have eaten the pate for the whole lunch.......yummy with some very dry cold rosè. Would definitely visit again as I've heard the afternoon teas are lovely.
Toms Table – ClitheroeThe food was fabulous as always but unfortunately the whole evening was let down by a large party who was swearing and shouting the whole time. When brought to the staffs attention they just laughed and walked off.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFood was simple and tasty. Service slow due to large party. Pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
The Station Hotel – LancasterThe food was lovely as ever. But the service was pretty poor except for a lovely young lad behind the bar who was excellent! No welcome when we arrived. Nobody gave us a menu, we got our own. Waited ages to be eventually seated. Friend asked for mayo, never arrived. But the man who dealt with our bill (older gentleman) is the reason we won’t be returning! Just rude and unhelpful. No smile, no “how was your meal?” And completely unhelpful when we wanted to spilt the bill between us. It a shame because the food is lovely.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkLunch outside was brill. Oysters followed by Insalata Quattro starter portion. Washed down with bottle of Torbato. Affogato and Mirto to finish it off. All delicious. Took dog and had a great walk. Staff really helpful and friendly. Our favourite restaurant . Highly recommended.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkFab lunch. The brisket ciabatta was so good, plenty of beef with gravy, slaw, salad and lovely hot chips. The club sandwich was equally as good. Great friendly service.
