An excellent evening out. Tom really knows what he is doing culinarily wise and offers a very inspirational menu. In these grim days when so many hospitality operations are struggling for staff, Tom’s seems to be coping extremely well. It is very well worth a visit to Tom’s and I hope that enjoy the event as much as we did.

He had been here before so we booked a table for the 3 of us. Excellent food and service and would definitely recommend. It has a great setting and would be even better in the summer. We would definitely go again next time in Lancaster and I'm sure he will be visiting very soon!
The Waterwitch – LancasterThis is an excellent, if slightly expensive, restaurant. Tom certainly knows what he is doing and has, obviously, been trained in some of the finest hospitality venues in the world. Quite surprising coming from a Ribble Valley farming family. If all you want is a well done sirloin or fish and chips, this is probably not for you but if you are looking for new and inventive ideas don’t miss out on Tom’s if you are in the area.

The amazing create your own starter platter was an amazing change as we could choose only what we loved. And as to those main meals, fantastic portions at a fantastic price. A wonderful dining experience that we will do again when we revisit.

Really pleased, service as always was excellent, staff very friendly and attentive,and although you were very busy you kept us informed that there was a wait for the food - which was absolutely fine by us and it was well worth waiting for, and it gave us the opportunity to have another glass of wine.
