Amazing food and service
The Lodge – LancasterExcellent food! Went hoping the Venison would be on the menu and it was. Never ever disappoints. Superb meal all round and great value definitely in my top 5 eateries in the Ribble Valley. .
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeLovely place to visit, enhanced by beautiful weather. Busy when we were there but quick service and delicious food.
The Waterwitch – Lancaster5 star food the kitchen is the shining light in the restaurant, service needs improvements in some areas like learning the menu your serving and not being aggressive with your diners when asking a question busy or not, but food quality outweighed any major negatives. Lobster ravioli was high class
Verdes Restaurant – ChorleyExcellent food and service

The Bank Bar & Kitchen – Darwen2 words. Fucking Unbelievable.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkWe went to the Sultan last night with our children for the first meal out since before lockdown 3. We were nervous but needn't have been - the COVID mitigation in place was excellent and the staff very welcoming. The food was excellent - we had the vegetarian thali which was delicious and extremely good value for money. The restaurant kindly did a half portion of curry for our youngest daughter as she prefers something milder to the rest of us! I can't wait to go back again - highly recommended.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterIt’s so good to have Avuccuria back! Wonderful food and brilliant service as always.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallWent for mid week lunch Lovely place and atmosphere. Well presented in every way and the food was amazing!
The Bank Bar & Kitchen – DarwenMy Wife and I have been customers of Quattros since it opened in 1997. We actually were frequent customers of the Cajun restaurant “The Blue Bayou”, which was on the site before Quattros arrived. Since those early days the building has seen a lot of alterations and refurbishment, bringing it to the attractive and comfortable restaurant it is today. We thoroughly enjoyed, in those early days, the eccentric dinner experience that the wonderful Laylo and Manuel provided. Who everyone thought were both Italian, Laylo is, however the wonderful Manuel was Argentinian ! The welcome they offered was beyond compare. And the tongue in cheek banter with diners was hilarious, some not knowing which way to take it! And they never ever forgot their customers. The funniest thing was when the owner would work the floor, and I shouldn’t say this, but I’m sure he’s more expert now, the “boys” would joke about the mistakes and blunders he would be the cause of. Never were they disrespectful, just banter, and it was done in good fun. We left for Australia in 2007, and during the 10years living there, we returned on home visits 3 times always taking in a couple of dinners at Quattros, and always remembered and enthusiastically welcomed back by the boys. Our last visit found the boys had finished up working there, and the experience was a very poor one, both food and service were well below par. They are sorely missed, and a lot of the heart and soul of the place left with them. Mainly due to working and Covid, we’ve visited only twice since our return in 2017. First time in 2018 was a bit of a disappointment, service was poor, but the food remained sublime. Since Lockdown (March ‘21) has finished and eating inside has returned, we decided to make our return to Quattros as our 1st venture back to normality. And , it appears Quattros has bounced back too! There is a fresh vitality in the place. The service was good, nothing being too much trouble at all. A great drinks menu and wine list with sensible pricing. And the food! …., oh! The Food!! Absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed a wonderful evening. Hopefully, we can get back regularly again and again, and continue enjoying the best family run Italian restaurant for miles around. G&J Critchley.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkMy first time at the water witch and I would deffo return! The staff were so friendly and the food was great with large portions. The alcoholic drinks are pricey, but a great experience overall.
