Fantastic meal, wonderful service and brilliant staff

Food was excellent, but service was poor. Waited to be greeted and taken to our booked table, but had to go over to the till to request our table. Asked what drinks we wanted, but there was no drinks menu. Ordered food which was excellent, no cutlery, so had to wait for it. Once finished, we were sat with our plates. We had to ask for them to be cleared. We had to ask to order coffee. We just ordered coffees as couldn’t be bothered having to wait for desserts, which we didn’t get asked if we wanted. The staff were pleasant, but just had no assertiveness, and mostly stood around not seeing if customers were ok, or needed anything. It’s not put me off visiting again as food was lovely, but I would go knowing that the service isn’t great.

Fisherman's sharing board is awesome. Moules Frites vg as well. Service good, and waiting times low. The steak sarnie contained a decent bit of steak but the blue cheese was a bit overpowering. We all enjoyed our meals and the prices are good. We will return for sure

First time visit, I’ve drove up and down the bypass many times and often wondered what it was like… well Saturday was my opportunity. Ambience: very nice, Staff very nice. Food: outstanding, Price: fair… Service: brilliant in the beginning, however it was stretched when a few later booking came in, whilst we where enjoying our deserts. Overall, I will be back…

Disappointed to see/hear that some staff members have moved on BUT it did not spoil the evening The guys are so determined that they you a great dining service. It was my birthday and they made a special effort

Beautiful food, garlic bread to die for - excellent value for money (two courses for £12) fantastic service and a lovely atmosphere.

As a regular at The Ginger Bistro I can say, hand on heart, I have never had a bad meal . The standard is excellent. A warm welcome from the friendly staff is guaranteed. Don’t hesitate to visit.

We booked last minute but the restraunt was very accommodating. We celebrated my daughters birthday. The staff where very attentive and the service was great. Our food was delicious. A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Will be returning

Lovely meal and a great all round experience. Booked our table for 9pm. Staff were very friendly and polite. Didn't wait long for food. All in all i would give it a 10/10

Delicious

We returned to the 3 Millstones on the evening of 16/10/21 having previously been several times recently after moving to the area. The layout of the tables is great, with a feeling of having your own space and at the same time, not feeling isolated but being to enjoy the great atmosphere. We enjoyed a few drinks prior to ordering dinner and the service was very friendly and attentive. Once again the quality of the food was exceptional. We look forwards to returning very soon. Lovely place for a works dinner last night Staff super friendly and very helpful and attentive! Food lovely! Atmosphere great! Really enjoyed it! Would def recommend.
