The Bank Bar & Kitchen – DarwenGreat food and atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A great addition to the Darwen night life. Good quality food at a reasonable price.
The Bank Bar & Kitchen – DarwenThe food is very good a little expensive for what you get. Disappointed with the limited choice , and there wasn’t much for the children . Outside area very impressive. Staff and service very good .
The Bank Bar & Kitchen – DarwenA real shame as we were really looking forward to trying the bank, however the food order came our wrong and there were no gluten free options at all. We ordered one round of drinks which took 40 mins to come and then the second round didn’t arrive and our table slot had ran out so we had to leave before they came despite complaining and chasing these multiple times. It’s a real shame as it has loads of potential and the food is really good but if the service could be improved and how quickly food and drinks are served this would be a big improvement as a few people looked to be in the same boat.
The Bank Bar & Kitchen – DarwenGreat service & lovely food .
The Waterwitch – LancasterGreat food, great atmosphere, great service, great setting......
The Waterwitch – LancasterFirst meal out after lockdown - what a treat. Booked a table on the canal side and really enjoyed it. Was glad you could choose large or small main courses as the small was absolutely the right size for all 4 of us. We were well served by nice young people who made sure we had everything we needed.
The Waterwitch – LancasterBooked a table for my sons birthday lunch. Luckily it was sunny and dry. Staff were quick and attentive. Our meals were excellent , my son had the moules marnierre and he thought it was the best he had eaten. My husband ordered the smoked haddock fish cakes and said they were excellent . We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and will certainly be back !
