Excellent ! We went on a Friday evening - place was busy, good atmosphere and waiting staff friendly and attentive. The food was great and really good value. We will definitely come back!

Astoria – BurnleyLovely lunch for four of us Friday 20th September. Booked the table easily online a couple of hours before. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Risotto was a bit too salty but otherwise food was excellent. Great coffee. Piped music rather too loud but turned down as soon as we mentioned it. Would definitely go again.
The Dog Inn – BlackburnFirst visit since the new chefs took over and had a very pleasant time. First impressions were that food looked a little "dressy" and I thought portions would be undersized, but the presentation of the food and the excellent match of flavours and textures was fine. All four of us enjoyed the meal.
The Dog Inn – BlackburnWow! What a find. What a great place to eat. Ambient, delicious food, relaxed. Great view from restaurant. We shall be back. .
The Dog Inn – BlackburnA very good family oriented restaurant, offering friendly and helpful service. Good variety of food to choose from the Italian menu and at fair prices.
Fighting Cocks Inn – BurnleyFantastic food,as requested we had a quiet table on the 3rd floor.Very friendly staff. And great value for money. We will come back for defo☺
Astoria – BurnleyExcellent again!
Tiger Lounge – RawtenstallFiona and I enjoyed our first dinner at the Ginger Bistro last Friday evening. We felt the food and service was excellent and equally the wine list had some interesting selections (good job). Our only comment would be that the acoustics resulted in a rather "noisy" ambiance -- buzzy is great but it was a little more than that -- not helped by the couple at the adjacent table having a rather heated discussion and managing to up heave & smash their water jug on the floor. (Bit hard to manage customers like them !!! ). Definitely will return when we are next in Preston
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonWe've been here a few times now and to be honest this time the service really let them down. We waited for 20 minutes for a table after we had already booked and finally had to ask directly to be shown to a table as our child was really hungry. service after then was ok but we didn't feel like we were being looked after as normal. Food was great , I just think we booked a table at shift change or something.
Tiger Lounge – RawtenstallVisited here for the first time on Saturday. Everything was absolutely amazing. The place itself has such cute decor and the food was amazing! Definitely worth the money and more. Would highly recommend
The Hinds Head at Charnock Richard – ChorleyThe staff make you feel special, Excellent.
Astoria – BurnleyDisappointed. Table not ready for surprise birthday. Birthday girl arrived deliberatly late but table not ready with balloons not set up. Wine was poured but warm, replaced with cold bottle , glasses removed and not replaced until we asked the boss. Meals arrived at different times. One sent back , greasy and horrible texture. Too busy, too big. Shame as my risotto was very tasty. Liked the music but it was just the same as when it was the mix .
Astoria – BurnleyGreat atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff lovely food. Already booked again for October.
Astoria – BurnleyExceptional food and service. It’s a little gem this place.
The Dog Inn – BlackburnHad seen the reviews on trip advisor and had to give it a try. Cocktails were excellent, the black pudding Benedict starter was amazing. Loved the main courses and the steak was perfectly cooked, and the fish pie was to die for. Can't wait to go back!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonReally nice experience... And a welcome addition to Rawtenstall. Food was good, service friendly but efficient and nice relaxed ambience. Will definitely be back...
Tiger Lounge – RawtenstallThe Three Millstones restaurant is usually quite busy but never feels crowded and noisy. It has a nicely varied menu and the food is very good - more Good Food Guide than local 'gastropub'. The wine list has a good range of largely New World wines at fair prices. If you liked the Three Fishes, I think you will like the Three Millstones.
3 Millstones Inn – ClitheroeWe visited on Saturday 7th Sept, party for 4. Really glad we booked as it was busy. I have been in during the day previously but had only had a light snack. The food and service on the busy Saturday night was excellent. Really attentive staff who guided us on how much food to order. Food arrived promptly and piping hot. All delicious. We will certainly visit again in the evening.
