We were recommended Astoria by a friend. We had a lovely meal, a mixture of Tapas and Italian food. There were beautiful flavours and generous portions. The staff were very attentive, and helpful. We will definitely return soon.

Astoria – BurnleyFirst ate at the sultan over twenty years ago, it had a very good reputation then and having recently moved back to the area it is still excellent. The dishes are well prepared and I've always found the staff very friendly and attentive. Always recommend it.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterGood food and service as always. Sundays menu is definitely value for money.
Papa Luigis – ChorleyUnfortunately there was a large group of very loud girls/women who had had a skinful, the music was very loud which meant everyone in the place was having to shout to be heard. Although the food was good and the waiter very nice we won't go back on a Saturday night, even though it was a 7 o'clock booking, we couldn't wait to get out. Have been many times on a Sunday and never had a problem.
Tiger Lounge – RawtenstallMy second visit following a Christmas lunch with work. Excellent menu options, fantastic service and fabulous food. A lovely atmosphere and already busy at 6pm when we arrived. We will certainly be visiting again.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonBooked for a Saturday early evening and ordered the tapas. Waited for over an for it during which time we saw at least a dozen takeaway and just eat orders processed as we say outside the kitchen doorway. This place needs to decide if it is a restaurant or a slightly upgraded takeaway with tables charging £20 for a bottle of cheap Pinot Grigio. Suffice to say the good was bang average and the chicken massively overcooked. May well be different during the week but at the weekend don't bother unless you phone it in.
Slice Of Sicily – PrestonI ate here on a wet windy wednesday night. I havent been here since the new bar was added and have to say it was pretty impressive and a welcome addition to the building. We were shown in to the bar and given menus and drinks order taken. We ordered Caprese Salad and garlic bread for starters and a couple of pizzas for main courses. All in all it was ok however next time will order something from the specials menu for a change.
Italian Orchard – PrestonBest food I've had in a long time truly fantastic
Astoria – BurnleyGood food and ambience.
Sultan Of Lancaster – LancasterExcellent food and great service. Our first visit and we’ll be back again
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonThis is the fourth time we have visited and have thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal each time. The food is beautiful, with a thoughtful menu that is well cooked, plentiful and nicely presented. Service is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and you leave feeling that you have had a really lovely meal out. I can’t recommend highly enough!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonAmazing food, amazing service. Will definitely be back again. Thank you
Astoria – BurnleyVery good
Astoria – BurnleyHad a fabulous meal once again . Service was impeccable and the food was amazing.Simon was very attentive and Johnathan makes amazing gin and tonics. Be back very soon .
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonPopped in for lunch yesterday. Sandwiches were delicious and my mum especially enjoyed the chunky chips. My only feedback would be to have a stronger tea.
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonVisited the bistro for the second time on Valentine’s Day, and once again was blown away by not only the food but the service, I cannot fault it. Would highly recommend the Ginger Bistro as the food is delicious and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely evening. Thank you once again!
The Ginger Bistro – PrestonThis was a Sunday afternoon offer pre theatre. The Staff in the resturaunt were good, very helpful, and had to help to overcome the complaints about the quality of the meals served. There were 2 tables occupied, and both tables (4 people) had problems with the quality of food served. The soup was ok. Both tables ordered beef (3 people) it arrived cold ,very fatty, with no green veg, the yorkshires were burnt to a crisp, On request, we were informed there was no Horseradish Sauce!! I had a very poor Risotto. cold ,stodgy. We were offered replacements, but we declined,as the first meals were so bad. if you wish to make a success of this resturaunt, you should employ a Chef who can cook. Our first experience in your resturaunt will be our last, and unless you can dramatically improve the quality of food served, your business wont last long
The Brasserie – LancasterWent for sunday lunch , not that busy really but had to wait over an hour for our food to be served, staff really nice but only 2 of them seemed understaffed in kitchen , food nice when it eventually came but all came at different times so couldn't eat together, there were 5 of us and 2 had finished before the others got there s , ok for drinks but wouldn't go again for food unless service improved drastically.
