The Red Pump Inn – ClitheroeThe mutton was absolutely beautiful. My partner had the Steak which was cooked exactly right. We enjoyed our meal so much on the Friday that we treat ourselves to brunch on Sunday. Excellent service, attention to detail is on point and the price is more than fair when weighed against the quality of the local produce used. And what do they put on the tomatoes? Super Tasty ! 5 star!

The Ginger Bistro – PrestonParty of 2 Adults and 3 Children. Visited at the first opportunity. Quality of the produce was clear in every dish. Perfectly balanced menu to reflect this. Honestly could not fault anything. All dishes were superb. Wish you all the best for a successful future (no doubt you will) and you will be seeing us very soon.

A Taste of Thailand – PrestonFirst visit since the restaurant has had new management (May 2019). Huge improvement on previous visits, excellent food and excellent value for money. You would struggle to find that quality of food for those prices elsewhere. The new chefs are extremely passionate & enthusiastic and that certainly comes through in the menu and their food presentation. The pub has fantastic views - from it's unique vantage point you can see 3 towers; Darwen, Houghton & Blackpool. Kids menu is quality food, though it is a little limited, however they are more than happy to adapt / make smaller portions of anything that's on the menu which is great if you have more adventurous eaters. We had the Sunday dinner (including the little one's child's portion) and that was very good. The highlight was the sticky toffee pudding which was amazing, infact the best I've ever had! All made onsite - no bought in microwave puddings here!
