Peacock Chinese Restaurant – OrmskirkWe visited the Smiths Arms on Saturday evening and were very pleased with the food and hospitality. The staff were very polite and the food was outstanding!! Very pleased and will definitely be returning.
Smiths Arms – PrestonHad set meal delivered . . Hot Delicious food , excellent customer service. Will recommend to friends and family.
Shapla Restaurant – BurnleyWe rung up the red lion enquiring about booking for a meal on the 18th may we was told we didn't need to just turn up it cost us all in all £10 in taxi's to be told they were not serving any meals as they had a private function on not only that we don't get out much as we are both disabled and are looking after my 85 year old mother- in law who is on oxygen 24hrs a day we have to rely on carer to be able to come & stay with her so we can both go out together which is not very often so you can imagine why we are not two very happy people thank you to the red lion for a none enjoyable evening which we won't forget in a hurry ....
O’Marley – BlackburnGreat place on outskirts of Chorley. good food and friendly service, will return!
Charnock Farm Restaurant – LeylandOkay, so the food is very good, but when we went it was pathetically, embarrassingly slow. After tweeting to ask if anything was different, being ignored has led me as a student to one conclusion- GoBurrito is failing to satisfy its market. Stop messing about and get organised!
GoBurrito – LancasterWe had lunch in the restaurant last weekend and the food and service were excellent. The blade of beef was cooked as requested, medium rare and the plaice was perfect. Hard to beat that view too!
Midland Hotel – MorecambeI'm a student at Lancaster uni so obviously I am inclined to look out for the cheapest, tastiest and best value food there is on the market ,and 'GoBurrito' definitely ticks all of the above boxes. Lip smackingly good food for those on a budget! I have had several burritos and I am still struggling to decide on a favourite. Best for value and taste in Lancaster! x
GoBurrito – Lancasterdined at tiggis last week in a party of four. we started with cocktails in the beautiful bar and then proceeded to the main dining area where we enjoyed a great meal. good choice of starters and main courses, and all delicious.this was our first visit, but we will certainly be returning.- and may even try a breakfast or afternoon tea - unusually, tiggis is open all day and the bar is open to non diners.this is a lovely restaurant in a beautiful location. the decor is beautiful, the staff were attentive, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening
Tiggis on the A59 – BlackburnWe had a lovely meal at The Fat Giraffe in Padiham last night.A gem right in the middle of Padiham. The food was good, service excellent and relaxing surroundings.Highly recommend it for any occasion...thankyou
The Fat Giraffe – BurnleyLoved lunch today, excellent, really excellent x
Oyster and Otter – BlackburnWhat a great place either for a relaxing drink, a light lunch or a full Italian meal. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff. well worth a visit
Wellington Park – LeylandVisited with family members, wide choice of delicious dishes, very helpful service and reasonable bar prices, will definitely go back and highly recommend
La Casa de Salsa – ChorleyModern fresh setting, good service and assistance with the menu. Fun karaoke special sitting room to start the evening. Great choice of delicious food.
Tang KTV Traditional Dim Sum & Authentic Chinese Restaurant – PrestonWent to a St George's Day charity walk what a fab day visited a few pubs but the best one was the smiths arms landlady and landlord are the best around the food, service, staff and place best in Lancashire will return a lot
Smiths Arms – PrestonTook longer than 45 minutes to turn up. We ordered Duck Chow Mein, Singapore Vermicelli, King Do Ribs, and chips. To be fair the King Do ribs were pretty good. However this was but one item - The Duck Chow Mein contained very little else other than noodles, soy sauce and duck. I could be wrong but generally there should be some vegetables in the chow mein. The duck was very very dried out. The Singapore Noodles (in keeping with the chow mein above) contained an awful lot of noodles, a sprinkle of prawns and some vegetables. The chips were greasy, soggy, cold and barely edible. This is the first and last time we will be ordering food from the Bamboo Chinese Take Away. For the £17 paid for this lot we would both expect much better food.
Bamboo Chinese Takeaway – PrestonWe celebrated my mums 70th birthday recently at Amelies and I can't recommend it highly enough! Excellent food, service and atmosphere, they really couldn't do enough to make us feel more welcome, thanks to you all
Amelies – ChorleyWent to LHK's opening night and had a great evening. The decor is great and a lot of hard work had obviously gone into preparing for opening. Most importantly, the food is top drawer and above what you would expect - I believe the chef used to work at Pacific in Manchester's Chinatown. The King Prawn Stir Fried with Salt, Pepper & Chilli was awesome.
