Juicafe is a great place to have a coffee or a smoothie. I had an almond Latte and manged to do some work at the same time as they have wifi. Great place for families too!

Juicafe – LancasterA little gem in the beautiful village of Croston. Food and service are brilliant and it never fails to impress. Decor is a little dated but there again, 10 out of 10 an authentic traditional English inn. Outdoor area is wonderful in the summer. A few more lagers on draft and a few more veggie options would be welcome but all in all, you cannot beat it for quality and quantity of food. The pub is also very community spirited and put on a fantastic free evening for kids on Halloween - thank you. We loved it so much, it sold us Croston and we moved here in 2008!
The Grapes – LeylandI have been to Crows a few times over the years and been quite happy with it however a group of 4 of us went on New years eve and were quite disappointed. the food was very good but it was completely ruined by the service. We were left for half an hour with empty plates in front of us and generally the service was very slow and unenthusiastic. It was not very busy and to top it off we could see the staff acting daft rather than getting on with serving. It was a shame as we have always enjoyed ourselves at crows.
Crows – LancasterThis is the second time I have had to complain about this restaurant and the last time I did I was assured by the owner that this was not the way that the restaurant operates and to give you another try, well I did and I wish I hadn’t!!!!! My friends and I wanted to have Sunday lunch and suggested that we eat in your restaurant, I didn’t really want to but after the response I got from you last time I complained I agreed to give it another go, on arrival I was yet again greeted by the rude Manager who advised us that we had to wait an hour for a table with no suggestion of sitting in the bar area (there was hardly any customers in the place), I suggested this and much to his disappointment we stayed and had meal, I asked him what we needed to do and why sitting in the bar area was different and he didn’t seem to want to tell us anything! He told us that we would have to order everything at the bar and they didn’t come to the table on that my friend cracked a joke and said well how do we get the food to the table and he looked at us all in disgusted like having fun was a dirty crime!!! We went to pick a table and feeling pretty deflated by him again we finally ordered our food, me and my friend ordered the mushrooms and I have had these before and they tasted nothing like they did last time I had them, the sauce was like water and was absolutely tasteless, my other friend had soup and enjoyed that, when we had finished the plates were cleared and we had to wait for half an hour for our main meals, when they finally arrived they were ok and after we had finished we ordered the sweet at the bar, we asked for custard instead of cream and the very unhelpful manager just said NO, not you can pay extra, not we don’t sell custard….just NO, so when I asked can I pay extra he reluctantly said yes so we sat back down very angry and thinking why the hell are we here again and for another 20 minutes we were left with dirty plates on our table for the whole time until the waitress came with the desert and when she realized she just shouted at her fellow work mates for not clearing away the plates, I actually vomited when I got home too and was very worried that i wouldn't be able to make it to work in the morning, luckily i managed it but i still feel poorly!!!! Now I don’t know how you want to run your restaurant but having a rude unhelpful Manager on shift damaging your trade must not be a good thing, I will not be wasting my money in your restaurant again and me and my fellow diners will be making sure that none of our other friends waste there money in your restaurant either and it is such a shame…if I was you I would get your Manager to change his attitude with your PAYING customers or you wont have any left!!!
The Walton Arms – AccringtonI ate here on Christmas Eve and it was absolutely fantastic….the service and food were top class and we had a great night, you should give this restaurant a try, I am sure that you wont be disappointed!!!!!!!

Windmill Hotel – Blackburnthis cafe has a excellent choice of food and a good atmosphere its staff are very friendly and cheerful at all times i would recommend it to people to go
Studio – Rawtenstalli never had a worse meal than the one i had at the hospital inn, the soup was water with slabs of veg in it, then when we sent it back no other option was offered, then 50 minutes later my rare steak came, well done, in the end we left £65 pound down and still hungry.
Hospital Inn – PrestonWent there for the first time just before Christmas & had a wonderful meal. The atmosphere was good, service excellent. The food was fresh, the choices were interesting, very different from the usual so-called Italian fare served by local restaurants- very authentic. The red grapefruit sorbet served as a palate cleanser was a welcome touch. We will definitely return.
La Locanda Ristorante Italiano – Clitheroeat last a pub who does real pub food, back up with hand cut chips a real gravy, on my first vist i had black pudding and chirzo salad follow by sirlion steak with pepper corn sauce and beast size onion rings. to finish i had home made sticky toffee pudding with a dreamy toffee sauce the best ive ever tasted. The choice of the menu was mind blowing with a good special board, my next vist i will be trying the creme brulee.
Yew Tree Inn – PrestonI went with my wife and kids, they were impressed with the food very much.We don't have as good as the Indian food that we had at Naaz as we do in Canada. We will be back soon. Pete.
Naaz Indian Cuisine – Prestonthe place is OK, food OK but the toilets are disgusting
La Veranda – RawtenstallMy mum and dad started coming here every week before they got married and now they have me and my siblings we can only manage to go every couple of months or so but we also love the fab takeaway range. Great food we travel all the way from south Manchester to just eat this food, its amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and i think that more people should go there as all the rewards of this fabulous food will go to the best staff you have ever met. Great food, love it!!!
Valley Cantonese – Rawtenstallbest restaurant in the northwest, easily as good as anything in london.
Truffles – ChorleyWe held our company Christmas party at Nino's this weekend, we numbered 50 guests and everyone enjoyed both the food and the party atmosphere. We selected from the party menu which included many mouthwatering choices, quite difficult to choose only one item from each course to be honest! All meals were beautifully presented, served piping hot and cooked exactly as requested, no mean feat when serving 50 people at once! Highly recommended!
Nino’s Rawtenstall – Rawtenstallwonderful old type pub serving very good home made food. choice of two roasts on Sunday with extensive menu on large blackboard.
