Unbelievably Rude staff . Young , inexperienced waitress with a bad attitude Food lovely , but they need a serious recruitment/ training overview.

Quattro’s – OrmskirkLovely meal for Sunday lunch. The BBQ ribs were delicious and chicken roast was too. The beef brisket was slightly tough this time but we mentioned this and were pleased to be offered a small discount for those meals. Overall very enjoyable, a lovely setting and will be visiting again soon.
The Traders Arms – BlackburnWe were really looking forward to our Sunday lunch as the reviews were so good. The service was good but the food disappointed. 3 of us had the Sunday roast. The beef was hard in places as if it had been left under a grill, the roast potatoes appeared to be frozen and out of a packet. The Yorkshire pudding was brittle and was left by all. The red cabbage was under done and the parsnips tasted burnt. The drinks we ordered from the menu were unavailable. We have been to Maxi before and it was wonderful but sadly this meal was a disappointment.
Maxy Farm Pantry & Restaurant – PrestonExcellent had lunch with a friend on Wednesday and decided to book Sunday lunch excellent all round worth the 50mins drive!
Toms Table – ClitheroeHad lunch with friends from out of town on Saturday. We had a great afternoon loved the food and service. Friends were impressed and said they would like to come back soon. We definitely will.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallLovely meal and service. Nice atmosphere.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallAs ever, great food/drinks, great atmosphere and great staff, thanks again, back soon
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallIf you’ve come here for a bargain meal then this is not the place for you. However the price you pay for the quality of your meal is more than worth every penny we have eaten here numerous times and never had a bad meal yet!! We will continue to return. The staff are the best in the business and can’t do enough for you, with wine recommendations to accompany your meal, great staff and a great atmosphere there’s no better place to come for a great meal and evening.
Toms Table – ClitheroeMeal for 4 on Saturday, now we aren’t big eaters so there are plenty of tapas dishes we’ll try next time. Fantastic food, fantastic service and great atmosphere we will be back and can highly recommend.
Bread and Butter – PrestonThe food and service was great I wpuld highly recommend it pur friends.
A’Vucciria – RawtenstallContacted Farrah at the Station Hotel a while ago to make a booking, ahead of a planned hot air balloon flight nearby. Changed times and party numbers a few times, and nothing was ever too much trouble. This carried forward into the service when we arrived yesterday. Farrah greeted us, and gave us a lovely private table for our group, and was attentive but not overbearing. All 7 meals came out together, and were cooked and presented beautifully, and everybody had something different, and all enjoyed their meals. We will most definitely add this to our favourites list, and visit again when in the area. Thank you all so much.
The Station Hotel – LancasterHad a very enjoyable evening at this restaurant food was excellent and although we had to wait a little while for our table to become available the staff were very friendly and helpful and our order was served quite quickly lovely atmosphere and have used this restaurant pre refurb for many years so obviously will be returning again. Can recommend highly.
The Whitchaff Inn – RawtenstallWe visited on Friday 12th July. We go every other Friday. We'd noticed Sirloin Steak had been taken from the menu. So we were both advised to order the Ribeye which had taken its place? I have absolutely no idea why as it was very poor in comparison, mine was fatty and slightly undercooked, I left more than half on my plate. I was told ' I will give your feedback to the chef '? Which to me as regular customers who spend at least £100 every visit we were very disappointed. At the end 1 pint of lager was taken from the bill which was better than nothing I guess. But overall, unsatisfied customers on this occasion.
Quattro’s – OrmskirkMy husband and I have eaten before at Toms Table and the food is fantastic. We came with two other friends Saturday evening and although food still fantastic the services was very disappointing. Our table was booked for 7:30pm, at 7:15pm we arrived and had a drink at the bar we then moved to our table 7:45pm with no drinks and then waited almost an hour for someone to take a drinks order. We had to twice try find someone to take our food order being told at one point “ I have two more tables before you!” Although the food can’t be faulted the atmosphere felt staff less and not the standard you would expect from this price point restaurant. We will return as you cannot fault the food, and hope for better experience next time.
Toms Table – ClitheroeExcellent choice of from sharing to snacks and Mains , Food well presented and reasonable portions , Service excellent but not over intrusive and friendly , Second visit we will be back
