We came on Saturday 2nd as a party of 4 and were seated quickly and efficiently. We were informed that there was a delay on food but were not told of the duration which was off putting but we decided to stay for the food after seeing good reviews. A wide of choice of food greeted us and it was decided that 3 of the party would have the chicken stack. When we received these we were dismayed to find that the food was not as described and no explanation was given of why the bun had been replaced with crusty bread toasted. I mentioned to the server who didn't offer an explanation but apologised and that was that. No alternative was given which was dissapointing. Overall the food was lovely however I feel the customer service was lacking and non informative. We were seated upstairs and the floor was shaking everything someone walked by our table so I feel this needs to be looked at as a matter of urgency.
