I hadn’t been to Fugi hero since before lockdown. We decided to go for my birthday last minute and booked online to go on the evening. After fighting our way through rush hour traffic we were disappointed to hear that they don’t accept on the day booking. They rants need to change their booking system so people cannot book on the day. Very sad to be turned away as I had booked, my children were hungry and it was my birthday. Disappointed! The food and price were always good in the past hence the rating

Disappointing start as they were full and I’d made a booking. They allow same day bookings but then claim they don’t get informed about same day bookings so don’t reserve a table. I’m guessing normally they can cope with this but there was an event on at the arena so the area was packed. Why not put something on your web site to avoid this?

We enjoyed our first visit yesterday. The food was delicious, the portion sizes were amazing and very reasonably priced. The dishes recommended by the team were great. We will definitely be going back to try some more of the menu. Overall a fantastic first experience and excellent value food.

Waited around an hour for our food and had to leave due to other commitments. Would had loved to try the food.

Genuinely friendly and helpful service with good quality delicious food which doesn't break the bank in a lovely venue.

Very nice food and a good price. Extensive menue. Not a large place but was busy for eat in and very busy with takeaways which was a nuisance as it distracted the waitress and meant the outside door was always held open on a cold night. Fairly authentic Japanese food. Unfortunately the service was poor with waitresses obviously not trained. Given the menue on arrival but then ignored......nobody took a drinks order. Eventually caught one to take the drink order who wanted to take the food order at that time. Eventually got sorted.....food arrived promptly and was excellent and well cooked. During the meal service was poor with waitresses going back and forth but ignoring us. Empty bottles not cleared from the table. Nobody came to ask if we wanted another drink or anything else. Walked past our table several times looking the other way. Obviously not trained in service .

I enjoyed my first visit. The food was good and reasonably priced. The side dishes I chose were amazing. I was left a little disappointed with my main course, the spicy chicken men which I didn’t enjoy at all. I would definitely like to go back and try some more of the menu. Overall good experience and good value food.

The food was absolute brilliant and very authentic. Restaurant was quite busy so service was a little slow however the waitress was very personable and did her best in difficult circumstances. Will 100% be returning!

Went to Fuji Hiro for the first time in about 18 years on Thursday - loved it then, love it now. No fuss, just great affordable food - my ramen was fresh and tasty. Thank you guys

The food was sublime. The staff where even better. Superb.

Booked a table for 8 friends. Easy book in process and a quick response when I asked if we could keep the table longer than the option allowed. Great atmosphere and excellent food. The menu is not a large menu but there is enough choice. I had the warm salmon and poached egg salad which was really nice, not your typical salad it’s definitely worth a try. Great service and a good night.

One of the best Ramen! I had chicken gyoza too…! Yuuuuum! Definitely worth to check this place out! If you not sure what you want to eat just simply ask. Great customer service. I take advice regarding menu and it was fantastic!
