Corner Cafe – Leeds City CentreI have been here twice and the food is absolutely gorgeous, the place its self is very quirky and goes well with is surroundings, the inside consists of what look likes miss match antique, vintage furniture. the menu is a good choice of old and new food. would highly recommend a visit! i like it so much i am going back my third time.
Swan, The – Leeds City CentreI discovered Fuji Hiro around three years ago and still eat there three or four times a month. The food is unpretentious and delicious. The owners stick to a smallish selection of what they do best. The Ebi Katsu prawns side dish are sensational. There's a relaxed atmosphere and the owners always look genuinely happy for your custom. Cannot recommend this palce enough and the portions are massive!
Fuji Hiro – Leeds City CentreI had never had Japanese food before and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere at the restaurant was great and the staff were really friendly and made you feel really welcome. The chef was really funny and put on a great show. Great food, great atmosphere and loadsa fun!
Wasabi Teppanyaki – Leeds City CentreGreat bar, brilliant music, drinks, bar staff etc. what lets this place down severely are the door men, I have never seen much trouble in here which probably means they do a reasonable job. However, I find them to be rude and offensive when queueing. I have been accused by them of 'causing trouble' in the queue. This was upsetting, embarrasing and blatently untrue. I was never asked to leave the queue but left queueing in the rain for about half an hour only to meet my accusation at the door.... shame. I really like this bar and oporto, but the memory of that night and other stories I have heard leave a nasty taste in the mouth.
Jakes Bar – Leeds City Centrewe went on 06.09.07,the decor is very nice and the staff and service was top notch. We ordered 3 main courses which were served swiftly. One dish was fantastic but the other two were too salty and very very spicy. We would revisit to try other dishes to see if they are an improvement
Red Chilli – Leeds City CentreAte here on Saturday night, and what a delight it was. Excellent food, polite staff, great atmosphere and outstanding value for money. Will definitely be revisiting in the near future.
Little Tokyo – Leeds City CentreGreat food and served quickly. I ate here on a recent holiday and was very impressed. There was a lot to choose on the menu, and I opted for the Tom Yum Soup and was not disappointed. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!
Wokon Noodle Bar – Leeds City CentreProbably my favourite restaurant along the whole of the M62 corridor, I frequently make the trip over from Hull to eat here. The atmosphere is just right, the service is attentive, friendly and switched on and the food is fantastic, especially taking into account the extremely modest cost, great value for money! The menu provides some real originality, as do the specials and the food is always top drawer. The bannoffee pie is probably the best I've ever tasted.
Reliance Bar and Dining Room – Leeds City CentreI came here with my Boyfriend after we had been on holiday and wanted to cheer ourselves up with a Spanish style restaurant and tapas. We were not disappointed! The service was very good and the manager was present and making sure people were looked after. We had a selection of dishes (about 8) and a bottle of Rosa (that was recommended). The whole experience was lovely and I would definitely go back again. Total meal was about £50.

Las Iguanas – Leeds City CentreWe just love it there, and Phil - what an amazing guy. really polite and jovial and he has become one of my closest friends as a result of me constantly dining in The Foundry. Emmerdale stars a plenty (my favourite) and Ken Bates is always knocking around. (God I love that man!) I can really recommend this place as I love it so much. I really really like it here. You must go. It is worth the really expensive menu as it is amazing. Celebs! Millionaires!! i love it.
The Foundry – Leeds City CentreThe early bird special is highly recommended. £21 for 3 quality courses and 1/2 bottle wine is unmatched in Leeds.
Sous Le Nez En Ville – Leeds City CentreI really enjoyed the food here and thought that the cost was not that expensive with regards to another Teppanyaki restaurant in Leeds. I would definitely recommend it to another.
Wasabi Teppanyaki – Leeds City CentreAbsolutely superb food - easily the best noodle bar in Leeds by quite a margin. Might seem expensive price wise until you see the size of the dishes, they are huge. Not only that but they are cooked ultra fresh in a no-nonsense environment and you couldnt ask for more if good food is what you want. Confused by the comment by another reader who said its a chinese food joint pretending to be japanese - I am chinese and there is nothing remotely chinese about this place, the food, chefs and character definitely aren't. I think you must be getting this place confused with Tampopo and Little Tokyo which are taking the mick.

Fuji Hiro – Leeds City CentreIs it just me that isn't wild about this place? Its alright yes and certainly doesn't deserve a slating, but i don't think its as amazing as other places in leeds and i don't understand why the place is regarded as something special! I've been to BiBi's a few times, trying different dishes on each visit. I've never been disappointed, but then again i certainly wasn't blown away! Looking at the prices of the food that i consider 'alright' but not amazing, i don't think its reasonable in my personal opinion and i would only go to BiBi's at another persons suggestion. In terms of Italian food, Dino's meals are just as good, and cost less and even Pizza express do better pizza! The service was friendly and quickish granted, but i find the decor very odd - the outside of the place looks lovely but see through glass toilet doors, big plasma screens playing adverts, an absolutely packed bar and wicker chairs aren't quite my cup of tea when eating in a 'fine italian restaurant'.... I'd much rather cross the road to eat in the equally priced thai restaurant. Its much better there all around and deserves more praise than BiBi's!
Bibis Italianissimo – Leeds City CentreExcellent chilled out place to go. Food is great and service is brilliant! Sort of place you can do posh food in jeans!
