The New Conservatory – Leeds City CentreDined at Bibis on Sunday and what an excellent evening. The food was great and i love how you can have pasta as a starter-excellent. I always find it so difficult to choose as the menu is so extensive. The only disappointment was the desserts but hey cant be perfect all the time. Thanks Bibis!
Bibis Italianissimo – Leeds City CentreI went there last week on Friday. OH good!! We order the famous steak, which surprisingly arrived to the table in 10 min!! They are fast!!! the steak was oily and with out grill taste. the salad was tasteless, the chorizo wasn't cooked in Cider!!! I do have my own restaurant in town so I understand about food. Manager was too busy to speak to us. Not going back
La Vina – Leeds City CentreI love this place! Great noodles, ramen & rice dishes. Green tea is free. Staff are always pleasant and were happy to add tofu to a chicken ramen when I asked. Cheap enough to go nearly ever day. Big portions. I've never been disappointed by the food here.
Fuji Hiro – Leeds City CentreBibis is a fantastic restaurant and the meal I had there has to be one of the best I've ever had. The place itself is amazing - definitely somewhere to go for a special occasion where you can really get dressed up. This isn't your run of the mill pizza/pasta Italian, in fact I'm not even sure if pizzas were on the menu at all, it's more meat/fish dishes and something a bit different. The service was amazing and the food we had was faultless. The tiger prawns we had as a starter were huge and my steak was cooked to perfection and absolutely gorgeous. We went the whole hog and had starters, mains, wine, drinks at the bar and the whole lot came in at about £85 for two including a tip, so it's not cheap but well worth every penny.
Bibis Italianissimo – Leeds City CentreI love this restaurant and I advise you to go and try, enjoy with your friends, and see the good staff
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreOne of the best restaurants I have ever had the fortune to dine in. I would definitely recommend making a proper night of it. We started with cocktails in the bar, and didn't stop till we reached dessert and coffee. Worth splashing out on, the steaks and the fish dishes are amazing.
Bibis Italianissimo – Leeds City Centretry the rice wrapped in a banana leaf cooked in coconut milk - it is worth going for that alone
Chaophraya – Leeds City CentreExcellent, Excellent - nothing is overlooked and even the decor is a feast for the eyes. Service is welcoming, helpful and polite, but above all genuine (how refreshing) and the food was outstanding. We left a comment that we were just sad there was not a branch in Manchester and the following day we got a helpful email to advise us that one will be along in June 2006. All round 5 stars for not just the food but for going the extra mile. If I ever win the lottery I will be hiring this place to have a very special do!! It's that lovely!
Chaophraya – Leeds City CentreThis place reminds me of south Italy. Warmth, hot atmosphere, great food, and lots of comfort. I am quite picky but at this place I feel very comfy. Service was outstanding. I recommend to any one to visit this little napoly. Mario & Carina
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreAnother wonderful lunch. I enjoy going to work much more knowing my lunch will be affordable and extremely tasty (and not that fattening) I can also bring along my laptop and connect to the internet to check my mail. Great place, day or night.

La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreWell it? taken me far too long to submit my review for here. I took my boyfriend back in September for his birthday here. Wow. We were greeted by the most friendly of staff, drank at our leisure outside on the veranda in the wonderful setting. Our meal was perfect, very relaxed, beautiful huge king prawns and scrumptious other food. All washed down with a beautiful bottle of wine. I had mentioned that it was my partners birthday when I rang to book the table. They said they'd make it an evening to remember. Boy did they do that. After our main course, we sat enjoying our wine when we heard a big "gong" I completely forgot that I'd told them it was my partners birthday and assumed that this was what happened when people ordered the set meal for 8 or something. Anyway, 8 people arrived with little instruments singing "Happy Birthday", and a banana fritter and ice-cream for us to share. Needless to say that evening is one of our fondest memories and we are looking to return there in May for our anniversary.
Chaophraya – Leeds City CentreI am now a regular at the restaurant it is so good and the prices are affordable. The food is very good and the waiter(s) are very helpful and friendly. We can meet friends in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere without any pressure to eat up and go. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
La Besi Restaurant – Leeds City CentreA brunch trip to R&F is always a treat. First thing you can't do better than a friendly face bearing a wicked big fat veggie breakfast and top coffee. Later on, getting a lunch table can be something of a struggle in the small arcade cafe, but it's testament to the good food, good service and busy but friendly vibe on offer. Well worth a visit.
Roots and Fruits – Leeds City CentreThis is one of the best Indian restaurants I?e eaten in; everything about it is a pleasure. I find it reasonably priced, can get quite expensive if you?e drinking. Would recommend it to everyone. That nice I? going tonight!!!
