A fabulous event, staff were very friendly . The Price was good on offer 2 for £20. An acceptable price for lunch time. Maybe do less food's at lunchtime & keep the price down. We used to go a lot before the price went up. Red wine was very tasty & a good price. All the foods tasted great. But a shame the utensils are stuck inside the foods lifting the lids a little & cooling the foods. The Chips ( & onion rings which I love ) were very cold. Fortunately I only had couple of those. The small amount of Indian I tried was so tasty. Wish I had know it was there first. Will go again & try the cocktails on their offer.

The staff were lovely and friendly. They were making the cats feel more comfortable and play with guests. The pricing for entry was fair. Very happy with experience!

Just Wow Amazing food here, it was highly recommended but you never know til you visit yourself. It went beyond expectations and worth every penny. How wonderful to see a menu so different with all we had being totally delicious. Amazing and perfect

Went for lunch as part of York Restaurant week. Food is okay. Lots of empty spaces where food was seemingly off the menu. The containers that were supposed to contain food were pretty much empty in a number of instances, especially the Indian Cuisine. York Restaurant week is there to help food establishments to showcase their offering, but Panda Mami didn't seem to take advantage of this sadly.

Traditional cosy pub environment, great service and excellent food.

The food was better quality than most of the buffets I've been too. It was all warm but not scorching like it's been just prepared but that is to be expected at a buffet. My favourites were the Hong Kong noodles, the satay chicken and the cookies and cream cheesecake. We came during restaurant week so only paid £15 each which I thought was reasonable. Not sure if I would pay the normal £23 unless I was absolutely going to make my money's worth. Staff were lovely, and I'm sure this would be great for families due to the array of options.

Have visited the Kings Arms over many years. Lovely to see a step change to a very high standard and, moreover, it's consistently high. Stand out points are the really warm welcome from every single member of staff and the high quality of the food. Thank you.

Have been 4 times now. And every time with have always enjoyed everything. It was my 50th birthday this time . Have booked agai on 4th april for my wifes birthday. Food and atmosphere and staff always very friendly. Highly recommend . Keep up the good work. It was a pleasure in eating here. Thank you

Room lovely and clean , staff very friendly, and the food was excellent.

Wednesday lunch with friends who were visiting from the south. Really warm, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with great beer option. Wonderful varied lunch menu and all six options were delicious with very good sized portions. A rare thing - a landlady who was interested in her customers and took time to chat. Could not fault the place and we will be back. Thank you.

I spent a lovely and relaxed hour here with my daughter. The staff were lovely and the cats were an absolutely delight. We really enjoyed meeting them. The drinks and cakes were also delicious and very reasonable. We will definitely be back. x

Good food and friendly service.

Such a lovely welcome as usual from Charlotte, Ellie and the cats. I very much enjoyed my mocha and gluten free cake and watching the kitties antics, especially chicky snack time. Thank you so much again xx
