The Kings Arms – RichmondWent with work colleagues for a Christmas Lunch. Went last year too so a repeat visit because we enjoyed it so much. The ambience, the staff, the food - all good. Even a tasty Mocktail was had. We had requested that our meal be ready for 1:30, as we did not have much time for sitting about and it was served on time. Thank you : )
The Goodluck Club – Leeds City CentreGreat service and a warm and relaxed ambience. Plenty of options for my gluten intolerance. Thank you.
Craven Arms – SettleFirst visit and would return. Carvery was lovely. Would have been nice to had a pig in blanket though with it being so close to Christmas. Service was great but we did feel rushed as people queuing for seats all round us. It was really cold where we were sat near the door and in the outside/conservatory area - we weren’t near a heater. There was one blanket provided on one chair at table of 5 but I wouldn’t use a blanket which strangers had used before us. We would visit again but request to sit in the main dining room. Christmas decs were lovely.
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughLovely lovely traditional pub. Wonderful atmosphere, and crackling fires, friendly staff and delicious food, with hearty size portions . Highly recommend.
The Royal Oak Staveley – HarrogateA bit like other reviews they seem to have a problem with stock availability. I ordered a dish with Hallumi and was told it was out of stock. Morrisons is 500 yards away. I think they could do better. I was told they couldn’t source the product from Morrisons as they make vegan claims. All they have to do is tell people when they order. The staff seem inexperienced and I did notice that the prices in the last 3 months have increased significantly, nothing wrong with that as long as you are delivering for your customers and at the moment I’m not sure you are.
Snug and Chatter – WetherbyAmazing setting to eat in. Service was great and the vegan afternoon tea was good. Perhaps a bit more imagination with the sandwiches and some vegan cream would have been awesome.
Cedar Court Hotel – HarrogateBooked a table for my self and girlfriend, we had experienced the pub for drinks on a few occassions. The food matched the excellent beer on offer the burger I had was expensive but if you compare it with the maccy Ds type no contest. I really enjoyed the dish as did my girlfriend and her Xmas kebab.it was served quickly and the presentation was perfect. The place was quite full of drinkers watching the footy but the service was spot on. We will be back worth the £32 it cost and washed down with a Beltins, marvelous
The White Hart – HullMy father and I booked for Sunday carvery at 5pm. I would suggest going earlier as the food, although tasty, was luke warm. It's very much a pub that serves food rather than a restaurant and wasn't very relaxing as we were sat facing a wall with a large TV above us showing a football match. On a positive note, it was cheap
The Empress – HarrogateHad Sunday lunch yesterday at restaurant...yet again food was amazing...presentation was excellent...proper freshly cooked and so delicious...pudding was also good...would highly recommend Panuzzos...staff are also very attentive...keep up the good work
Panuozzos – MiddlesbroughAfter having a great experience here in october i brought my daughter and her partner for dinner. The food was good but service unfortunately was not. I know its christmas party season but it shouldnt mean smaller tables are made to feel an inconvenience. Nor should i have to go looking for staff in order to get more drinks and dessert. Dissapointed as i really like the place l.
Oscars Wine Bar and Bistro – YorkMy wife and I had the Christmas fare meal. The food was delicious from starter to the christmas pudding, not forgetting the glass of Prosecco. Definitely go again.
Tocketts Mill Country Park and Restaurant – GuisboroughWe were pleasantly surprised to be able to book a table the day before, but in hindsight the reservation should never have been accepted as the restaurant seemed to be completely overwhelmed. We asked twice what the soup of the day was, each time being told it was pea and ham, and were therefore surprised when a bowl full of red liquid arrived. Apparently it had 'just changed' to red pepper and roast vegetable, but he hadn't been able to come across and tell us. The burger with blue cheese and skinny fries came with cheddar. The burger with cheddar and chunky fries came with skinny fries! The 'two breaded fishfinger' sandwich came with one great big lump of battered fish. Very nice, but not how it was described at all. Tables were being moved over our heads, staff were literally running around. We did ask had someone whether someone hadn't turned in for their shift, but were assured that they were at full capacity. The comedy value did add a certain 'je ne se quoi'! We had to ask for second drinks, and then ask for them again when they didn't materialise. We have no idea what the pudding menu's like as we weren't offered it, nor a coffee. We did challenge the bill as it contained the soup that had been sent back and the blue cheese that hadn't been put on and in fairness the lad who appeared to be in charge deducted both of those and our drinks. The food we had, which was right, was very good and perhaps on a less busy lunchtime this would be a great place to come to. It certainly provided a talking point!
Snug and Chatter – WetherbyI invited my cousin from York to join me for afternoon tea on Dec 15th. It was all delicious. And my cousin was impressed. The sandwiches and scones were lovely. And the little open mince pies, from the oven and served with blackberries, just wonderful. The staff were great, as usual. What a nice place to eat good food.
19 Saltburn – Saltburn-by-the-SeaGreat pub and hotel, lovely and very helpful staff. We ate in the pub several times during our stay. The staff were very accommodating of our 10 month old baby. Delicious food too and a warm atmosphere.
The Kings Arms – RichmondFantastic food and service. We will definitely be going back.
The Aegean Taverna – HullParty of 12 attended as we were staying in hotel close by to attend a wedding in the area Food drink and service was excellent Lovely Christmas atmosphere added to a great evening had by all Price as expected for quality food If ever in the area again would return Thank you from all of us
