We have been coming here for lunch time food many times a year for the past few years. On this occasion the food was nice as always however a staff member was rude which will prevent me visiting again and will likely go elsewhere. We were made to feel that a party of 18 was far more important than us. When querying how long the wait for food would be given they had a party of 18 in, I said to the lady who seated us "Sorry, it's just that we only have an hour lunch break." She rolled her eyes at me, walked away and with her back to our table said "So does everyone else in here." Our table of 5 were all pretty shocked by this unwarranted rude behaviour! Given this staff member seated us I assume she is a supervisor which makes it even worse.

Absolutely amazing food! Great atmosphere. The staff were all lovely and super polite! Would recommend to everyone!

The food and the atmosphere was good, the service was excellent, but the plates and serving dishes were not hot enough. My vegetables got cold very quickly and I was unable to eat half of them as they were stone cold. I'm sure that a method for warming dishes could be found (an old fashioned hostess trolley?) to make the food hotter when it gets to the table. Otherwise we enjoyed the meal and experience.

First time for me and my partner, arrived and greeted with a smile and shown to our table by Elliott (Great Chap) the service was amazing, food was delicious especially the filling most delicious steak pie and skinny fries and my partner had the snug burger, he said it was to die for. Loved the atmosphere, warm and cozy. I would definitely come back again.

Absolutely excellent as usual, staff very attentive and suggestive from menu. Our party of 6 loved it on Sunday lunchtime. Many thanks again Only one negative - very loud background music drowned out our attempted conversations.

Tocketts is a fabulous restaurant, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is always excellent even when they are busy. My favourite place to eat.

We have visited in Summer 2022 & Xmas 2023. Delicious food (homemade chips are a must) Great setting and lovely staff. Book a table to avoid disappointment as does get busy.

A fabulous event, staff were very friendly . The Price was good on offer 2 for £20. An acceptable price for lunch time. Maybe do less food's at lunchtime & keep the price down. We used to go a lot before the price went up. Red wine was very tasty & a good price. All the foods tasted great. But a shame the utensils are stuck inside the foods lifting the lids a little & cooling the foods. The Chips ( & onion rings which I love ) were very cold. Fortunately I only had couple of those. The small amount of Indian I tried was so tasty. Wish I had know it was there first. Will go again & try the cocktails on their offer.

The staff were lovely and friendly. They were making the cats feel more comfortable and play with guests. The pricing for entry was fair. Very happy with experience!

Just Wow Amazing food here, it was highly recommended but you never know til you visit yourself. It went beyond expectations and worth every penny. How wonderful to see a menu so different with all we had being totally delicious. Amazing and perfect
