Visited this establishment on May 23rd 2009 (lunch time) with my Wife and two year old daughter, We didn't know anyone who has been before but read about it on the Internet and myself being a vegetarian for almost 40 years thought it looked interesting. Found it straight away despite the fact that we live the other side of Huddersfield and don't know Bradford too well. Interior was nice and seating very comfy, plenty of room at the tables. Lovely menu so much to choose from, having limited time (our daughter has a short attention span) we opted for a pickle tray and poppadoms while we waited for our main courses which were Tarka dal and a panner dish, the food was superb, i am very critical about food as my Wife is a great cook and i often find that her cooking is better than many restaurants we visit - this was not the case at Prashad and my Wife said it was far better than anything she could do. Would we go again - yes, would we recommend it to family and friends - yes Food was ten out of ten for us and friendliness of staff including the chef was ten out of ten, everyone seemed so genuine and concerned that we were happy with food and service, and they made an extra special effort with my two year old daughter. Do we have anything to complain about ? - yes - why don't they have one in Huddersfield !
