While it's not easy to spot from the road - we drove past it twice - this is a nice little place with good service and a remarkable selection of beers. We had the Christmas menu and were very impressed, particularly by the tomato soup and the creme brulee. Will be back.

Little Tokyo – Leeds City CentreThis is without doubt the finest Thai restaurant We have eaten in. The surroundings are all original Thai. The menu is extensive though the professional staff (all in their authentic Thai dress) make understanding easy and the standard of service cannot be faulted. The biggest surprise of the evening was the bill, modest for this standard of dining. We have no hesitation of recommending to friends.

They deserve a pay rise, as you can tell when you go in however they are low on staff and should employ some more. apart from that everything is great.

Not many restaurants do Tandoori lamb ben to many restaurants the lamb chops are out in a few minutes. But in butlers might take ten minutes but you can tell its fresh not just heated up like in a lot of restaurants.

La Vina – Leeds City CentreSpent our 20th wedding anniversary in York and wanted somewhere intimate to eat. the restaurant is cosy and probably a little old fashioned but the food at the Go down was superb, the home made soup with a huge slap of home made bread was so filling we hardly had room left for the main course. the restaurant is run by a husband and wife team who are very friendly i would definitely return again.
