excellent prompt service and excellent food

Not been in a few years but the food is still incredible and the staff were friendly! Prices had increased but they have everywhere so I can't complain :) Only downside is they add the service charge to the bill and I hadn't realised until I paid. But will definitely go again as the food is soo good!

I recently visited Tabby Teas for a break during my exam revision and I cannot wait to go back! The staff are lovely and the cats are just the cutest. We got to play with the cats and feed them chicken and treats during our visit.

Had a great evening this week with friends that were visiting. The food was excellent, the service was faultless and the ambience really good with a nice mix of Love this place but we’re chuffed that our friends loved it too!

Excellent food and great value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We recently had a staff meal and the manager was great to deal with and had a good sense of humour too! Would highly recommend, no one was not satisfied with the food, drinks or service.

We attended for our son's birthdays. With two small children but the staff were fantastic with the kids. Talking to them and entertaining them. The food was excellent and presented well. The portions were huge! Highly recommend to anyone but especially those with children.

Had a lovely meal, had to change the meal time and the staff were very accommodating, enjoyed the food the bar man was polite and friendly, would call again and recommend to others

We stopped by for a weekend brunch - so delicious! Enjoyed every bite and had a lovely seat upstairs. We always love coming here for coffee and cake or something nice from the menu. Wil be back!

Stayed here for one night with my wife and was great. The food is lovely. Really nice atmosphere and cosy feeling. The staff are all fantastic. Welcoming, friendly and fun. They even made some people a cup of tea which is always a nice extra for a pub to do. Those who know!!!

Fantastic village pub with ample space and car parking. Great food, with good portion sizes and a good menu selection. Relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff .

Top class Sunday roast as usual. Best shin beef dinner in the North East. Chef is amazing, staff are fabulous - nothing is too much trouble. Well worth the money and finest cuts of meat and fresh vegetables.

Really nice change in pretty location. Food was tasty and well presented. Staff very efficient and provided an attentive quick service. Will visit again
