The Cedars – LeicesterI was very impressed with the Safety procedures put in place for Covid-19 virus The Food and service was excellent. Our steaks were amazing and the service was very impressive.
The Cedars – LeicesterHad a lovely meal on 12th October It was the first time I’d taken my elderly parents out since the virus started so I was a little anxious about it but I found it really safe and professional and will definitely be returning. Staff were lovely and friendly and the service was amazing. The Lancaster arms have definitely dealt with a difficult situation and made the restaurant fully safe and welcoming... Thankyou all.
The Lancaster Arms – LeicesterOur experience is very good. Ample choice of food, very nice, and excellent value.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthVery good
Cafe Mash – LoughboroughEasy to book a table online, when we arrived we were show straight to our table wish was stained and covered in salt, we sat for 35 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our order which was a bit surprising as there wasn't many other diners, the food came quite quickly and was fine but when we were finished we were not offered any choice of dessert, I had to approach the bar to ask for the bill, I must say the standard has really dropped in service and cleanliness, your staff are nice enough but could do with some lessons in customer service.
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughWarm welcome. All Covid rules adhered to. Easy to book online. Food reasonably priced and always good.
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughHad a beautiful meal & service was friendly & quick . We will certainly be returning very soon , would definitely recommend!
Cheikhos Restaurant – LeicesterEnjoyed a lovely meal here this weekend. Straightforward download and use of the app for ordering food and drink, fast service and delicious food. Going back next week! (unless Boris says otherwise!)
The Man At Arms – LutterworthMy partner and I had a lovely meal and evening here, despite the current distancing guidelines. Authentic food, setting and staff. Will be visiting again.
Cheikhos Restaurant – LutterworthI regularly attend this pub and usually live it. Unfortunately I attended this Thursday at 3.30pm and upon arrival we were told to download the App to order on. I did not have my phone so could not do this. The person that was serving continued to say if we don’t download it he would have to run round and work! Food came quickly but again disappointing we had jalepeno bites theses were burned, we then both had fillet steak which has increased in price and it had been cooked in the same utensils that had Stilton cheese in therefore there was a funny taste. We were unable to send back as staff made it clear we only had 1 1/2 hours even though the pub was empty. One of my favourite pubs really disappointed
The Man At Arms – LutterworthExcellent food as always, great friendly service again as always. Moving away from the area soon but will definitely be making regular trips to have fantastic tasty dinners served by great staff.
Cafe Mash – LoughboroughOne of my favourite pubs. Great price and food is consistently delicious. Cozy atmosphere. Definitely Recommend.
The Man At Arms – LutterworthI went to Cafe Mash with a few friends on Friday and I have to say the food and the service were amazing. The staff were very polite friendly and funny. The food was delicious, so tasty and well worth every penny. I have told my friends and family all to go and visit as they will not be disappointed.
Cafe Mash – LoughboroughI had booked a table online to reserve a table for 4, we turned up having being told we had to use the app to order food and drinks, my phone battery was nearly dead so we had to order via a member of staff. The lady at front of house was very miserable and felt like we were putting her out by being there!! The food was very over cooked and dry and not even a salad garnish in sight. Very disappointed wont be going back, I know the covid pandemic has been hard on a lot of businesses but would have thought they would have welcomed customers !!
The Man At Arms – LutterworthVery pleasant experience, lunchtime menu very good value. Covid necessary alterations to service, ordering food and drink etc well thought out. Easy to book a table online. It was good to be able to go out for lunch midweek. Thank you.
The Old Red Lion – Market HarboroughWon't be going back the manager was rude, service was awful with drinks not brought when ordered and having to ask again. Food missed off when food brought to table. 1 meal completely missed and when we made staff aware they asked if she still wanted it. The 2 metre rule wasn't stuck too, to get to our table we had to squeeze by someone sat at another table. This other table was of 2 households another no no. A group of 4 were walking round the pub with no masks on and the staff stood talking to them.
The Cedars – LeicesterI’m sad to say this was probably the worst service I’ve ever had here. We arrived before 8 and I could only see another 2 or 3 tables max. Food was ok but it was the length of time it took to arrive and we only had a main. It appeared as if there was only one staff member working and we did think that the reason service was slow was because he was doing everything even the cooking but who knows. Maybe it was because it was a slow Thursday night.
