K.K Fish and Chips – Liverpool City CentreWow what a wonderful meal we had here the best meal we had in Liverpool . You must try this place. Kataplictica
Bacchus Taverna – Liverpool City CentreAte here last night pre show and very impressed. Chilled local bar atmosphere in town, service prompt but not intrusive. We were served in plenty of time for the show yet not rushed. Food excellent we had a starter a pasta dish and a pizza and pudding ( can recommend the tirimasui ) and a beer and the price very reasonable. My friend who has a small appetite even ate 3 courses because she couldnt leave any of it and we didnt even look at the specials board.Would heartily reccommend if you are in this area of town or even if you're not.
The Quarter – Liverpool City CentreEnjoyed a meal with friends . for 70 th Birthday of a friend. Good meals and service, made a very good time for us all. See you all soon Lily
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreThe place is dirty, staff were a bit dim and untidy looking. cutlery was dirty, floor was dirty. Food was close to below average. We wont be returning!
New York Cut Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar – Liverpool City CentreI went yesterday to Bacchus Taverna with an old friend. We both had Kleftiko (lamb with rice and potatoes) and it was so tender it melt in the mouth!!!! Fantastic meal, lovely atmosphere, beautiful traditional Greek songs (not too loud, just loud enough to hear the music and the conversation with my friend), lovely, lovely, lovely evening!!!!! Thank you, I will be coming again!!!!
Bacchus Taverna – Liverpool City CentreWent to Zorbas 20 yrs ago and the food is as good today as it was back then. Friendly staff good atmosphere and food to go back for time and time again.
Zorbas – Liverpool City CentreMy brother has been several times before and loved the place, so four of us went on Saturday. The decor was lovely and staff very friendly and we had no complaints about the starters. The main course was something else though. Three of us ordered the rib eye steaks and they were awful. The appear to have been grilled in such a way that removed every ounce of moisture from the meat and and they were also barely warm. To be honest, I have had better steaks in a two for £12.00 offer in a pub. Just not acceptable as they cost just under £20.00 each.
The Clove Hitch Bistro and Bar – Liverpool City CentreOne to avoid.

Bacchus Taverna – Liverpool City CentreNice surroundings, service good, disappointed with the quality of main pasta course, hardly covered the bottom of the dish. Left feeling still hungry even though we had garlic bread as a starter.
Zizzi – Liverpool City CentreLovely eating place

Blundell Street Supper Club – Liverpool City CentreWas on a girls weekend and went for something to eat and just asking about where is a nice Italian, and was recommended, pleased we took the advice. We waited 15 mins to be seated as there were a few of us but well worth the wait, food lovely staff friendly, and good atmosphere, will be going back. Michelle.
