We enjoyed the Sunday offer. What a fabulous way to spend the afternoon! The food was delicious and the wine a great compliment. Would definitely recommend this place!

Bistro Franc – Liverpool City CentreTried The Munro for the first time on Friday night(23April) the food and the service was outstanding.I haven't been to a restaurant in ages where all of us enjoyed every mouthful of food. The taste and freshness of the food was unbelievable and we heard the main chef was off and the sous chef took his place for that night. We had the salmon, duck and steak and all was cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was great too. Definitely will return in the near future.I would recommend the Munro to any great foodie out there and believe me I am fussy!
The Monro – Liverpool City CentreI really love Gusto and go regularly. I have had romantic meals for two, dining on lobster and champagne and also taken the kids whilst they love making their own pizzas at great value. The service is great and a good menu to choose from. I think great value aswell.
Gusto – Liverpool City CentreNever again would i go there !!!! The chicken satay sticks were actually made from ranicid off chicken which you could smell. I complained to the waiter who removed the chicken off the buffet and agreed wit me that it was in fact rotten meat by then the damage is done and you dont want to eat another thing. I was given £1.60 off my bill and luckily never got food poisoning !
Yums Oriental Buffet – Liverpool City CentrePassage To India, Bold Street, Liverpool. This Restaurant is top class in all fields, service, food, and attention to detail and the most important, great value for money. There welcoming & friendliness to all there customers is the final touch to make me visit this top Indian restaurant on a regular basis.Try there Sunday Indian Buffet for £9.95 with a wide range of starters & mains this is a great way to introduce some one to the taste of India.
A Passage To India – Liverpool City CentreThis is about as good as it gets for Mexican food in this area. The old favourites are all offered, but they are tastier than usual, and not so greasy and unhealthy. There are less commonly offered delights too.( For those of you who've seen "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" where Johnnie Depp travels around eating pueco pi bil and shoots the chef when he finds one that's perfect,- try cochinita pi bil at Savina, but please don't shoot the chef as we want to go back, and this is about my favourite dish on the menu...) Definitely highly recommended!
Savina – Liverpool City CentreAlways nice fresh food, large portions great value for money.
Kimos – Liverpool City Centreworth a visit, excellent website, menu and restaurant. Good atmosphere, but less impressed with the portion of cheese to share, overpriced @ £8+ for sparrow size plate. 4 crackers, + four wafer thin slices of cheese+ teaspoon of chutney and half slice of beetroot!! que sorpresa! overkeen waiter cleared plates away whilst we were still eating!
Lunya – Liverpool City CentreFood excellent, staff very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The only part I do not like is trying to choose what to have. It was our third visit last night and we were not disappointed. The chorizo is fab and the goats cheese and honey was delicious. My husband could not wait for his dessert, white chocolate cheesecake with chilli infused raspberries. While I settled for churros and thick chocolate!!!!!!!!!!!! Lovely atmosphere and looking forward to our next visit as we still have not even looked at the main meals!
Lunya – Liverpool City CentreThis is an amazing restaurant. The customer service was exceptional and the food was lovely! I have been here twice and always eat the chicken dishes which have the nicest sauces! I highly recommend.
La Vina – Liverpool City CentreWe visited here last Saturday, 27th March. Placewas really busy. Had a lovely table by the live music - spanish guitarists.Gorgeous food and really great service. Friendly, our waitress really knew the menu and guided us to some inspired dishes. Morcilla, Chicken in potato crisps and lamb with butter beans were our highlights. The mixed leaves (or the dressing on them was the best I have ever had) - honey and a lovely vinegar. We would really recommend this. The best spanish restaurant by a long shot in Liverpool and that we have been to; also must be one of Liverpool's best restaurants overall. We just missed a few of Liverpool's spanish players, which we were told have made Lunya their regular haunt.
Lunya – Liverpool City CentreFabulous looking restaurant, decor superb, great atmosphere, very smart and loads of lovely Italian waiters, all really friendly. Food nice but not outstanding, drinks service very slow and quite pricey. Seems disorganised as regards staff and who is looking after your table. Will return as great place but please tighten up on the service before customers go elsewhere as this would be a great shame.
San Carlo – Liverpool City Centreexcellent food really friendly staff and pleasant surroundings and best of all really good value for money!!
The Quarter – Liverpool City CentreI have been there twice and there is a fantastic and individual choice of tapas and a la carte meals which are of exceptional quality. For seafood lovers I can strongly recommend the Zarzuela, razor clams, chilli mussels and stuffed sardines. For carnivores the belly pork in almond milk, morcilla, and chorizo are all exceptional. What I like about this place is the individuality. For about the same price paid for tapas in better known chain restaurants, I was impressed with the freshness and quality of the ingredients, passion for Spain and attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. Friends have told me this place is becoming very popular now and rapidly booking up at weekends and is even being frequented by some of the Spanish Liverpool footballers. All in all strongly recommended!
Lunya – Liverpool City CentreDined at San Carlo for the first time last night. The service from the many italian waiters was first class. Food was superb. The only downside was that the tables were very close together. Saying this, I will definitely be making a return visit!
San Carlo – Liverpool City CentreHaving eaten at Bistro Jacques before we were quite looking forward to a pre pub quiz meal, however our whole party left extremely deflated after the experience. Myself and one college ordered the chicken stuffed with black pudding which turned up barely cooked. I chanced mine and ate it ,by my college left the whole dish and complained at the end of the meal, only to be told by the waitress there was nothing wrong with it despite the fact it was bright pink - no apology was received ! The starters were minuscule, another colleague had to eat a whole seabass without a fish knife and the final member of our party was also disappointed with the size of the steak. These meals were ordered off the main menu at full price so there was no excuse for the small sized portions. We all agreed after the meal that we would give Bistro Jacques a wide berth after this experience.
Bistro Jacques – Liverpool City Centrelovely meal last night - service great, starter and pud outstandingly well-presented, BUT tables far too squashed together and cramped.
San Carlo – Liverpool City CentreWent last week for my daughters birthday as she loves Chinese food we were quite disappointed as portions were small and expensive, waiters were not very attentive if a little rude as kept speaking Chinese to each other and then kept staring. The food was OK but not great, have been to better Chinese restaurants before as a result will not be returning.
